Once you receive your order drinks are flat and all ice is melted. Nice area to eat outside. In a service station, food is always fine. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to sit. Though could only find 1 disabled bay We ordered two meals and none of us got the right ones. I know, it was hectic lunch time but come on. Anyway, the Annandale service view from the comfy seats made us still happy and didn't complain about the mistakes. Lucky us, we didn't have kids with us. Can you imagine the difference? By the time I'd walked from car to counter, the order had been removed from the screen and despite enquiry to counter personnel, the order was left to cool on the side and was packaged as takeaway. My advice, don't bother with App. Originally handed the wrong drink, staff dealt with quickly - no faults. However, got back to car opened burger and the bun hasn’t been toasted.
