Not my bag to be fair.This pub is rough and I mean rough .I'm sure the locals don't mind though🤣🤣 Review after two visits. Sadly this old central pub is now totally run down and unfortunately a total dirt box filly with the lowest pond life. Rude, aggressive behavior and extremely bad language used by staff and patrons is common in the Ship Inn. This bar is not dirty it is filthy. Went in for a quick drink,some building work going on, place needs knocking down its a dump, partner was ready to pay with card women behind bar rudely said we don't take cards, very rough pub Good local great Staff No food One of us had Cold food, another was warm, and the 3rd was piping hot wont be going back Dont like it as it just looks dirty and no toilets seats in the womans toilets. Wouldnt go back anytime soon. Excellent pub....no food but we don't need it..proper public house.. Great pub to visit and very friendly staff. Also has a fantastic atmosphere and great music x Never not a fab night out here.
