The whole was magnificent! The animals are so cute and friendly and the environment there couldn't be better! The was kind and accommodative as well! Do pay a visit if you get yourselves in the area! The Instagram is better than the actual one, I am glad we cycled there and didn’t go by car because at least we experienced the beautiful countryside leading to it from Beelitz. The had a prepared speech and was looking forward to get rid of the last group, got rushed through the shop under the pretext that all products can be found online. I personally found the awkward and had a better connection with the dogs, the being described as therapeutic animals in theory but in practice you had to beware of the spitting. I don’t recommend it, there is another close to Berlin, in Börnicke, where the is visibly closer to the animals, they are fewer and friendlier. You paid at the end of the visit whereas here you did in the beginning. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone, especially the elderly who go there lured by the therapeutical qualities of the animals, it was just sad to see this lady brought in a wheelchair by her nurse, having had no particular attention paid to. We came here twice and it was lovely. The are very used to people and are super friendly towards humans! Amazing time It's a really nice experience! The are awesome and the owners too. Amazing experience! Absolutely worth the trip TLDR: are great, that's why it's 2 stars, but the service is horrible. Keep in mind that the comments here are old and mostly reflecting a different farm.The moved since we last visited in 2019 and a lot of the reviews still seem to be comments about that farm. Getting there: the is at least 2x farther from Berlin than it used to be, that is worth keeping in mind. I don't think coming by public transportation is an option, or even if it is, you should not do that and come by car. The is also in a very remote place where you need to go through a road which is not allowed to pass by cars. Then a "private road" sign shows that you should not go here, but in fact the is there on the private road. No signs whatsoever.The place: in the previous place it used to be a with great infrastructure, like normal toilets, but here you cant even buy water or anything. There is a toi toi (or dixie) that was praised by the and said that it even has some water in it. It used to have a shop too, but thats gone too. It is just a field behind a forbidden road where you can pee in a mobile toilet.The service: the was far from enthusiastic to share information, he was like a flight attendant who is very bored and just wants to get through with the whole thing. Questions were allowed, but the answers were sexist ("you should keep your alpaca on a short leash - just like women do with men") and patronizing. In general it felt like people were not welcome there.The alpacas: they are adorable. It seems they are taken good care of and they enjoy their time. The walk with them was really good, but I needed to try to not focus on the owner's attitude.The payment: my German is not very good so I cannot really argue in German. He said that we needed to pay 114 euros for 3 people (2 with and 1 just walking without an alpaca). I gave him 120 euros and stood there to get 6 euros back. He just bowed and thanked me. Normally I could see that he misunderstood that I wanted to tip, but after the 1,5 hours we spent together it was clear he didn't want to offer me any money back. And for that I think the service is very overpriced. Moreover with an unwanted tip.In summary: it seems that something happened in the past few years and the needed to move to a new place where he did not want to have the same as it used to have. This is fine, but this should be in the minds of people who are planning to come here, as a lot of the good reviews are about that farm, not this one.Gave 2 stars because the were super nice and friendly, but the other parts of the was 1 star.
