Poor service, expensive and can't use toilets even though you are buying food! Avoid Took my grandchildren here and they really enjoyed it. The food was and reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful only downside was it was not very warm inside when you are sitting for a couple of hours. Staff weee very rude. Nice food though Excellent. Much bigger inside than the photos suggest. Plenty of areas and activities for of all ages, including an imaginative area. Staff were really nice. size cafe and plenty of tables. Prices very reasonable. Slushie machine, sweet treats, ice cream, and toy vending machines. Everything the are looking for to keep them amused. Plenty of parking, and a short walk to the outdoor zone and beach. Highly recommend. First time being here and didn't have a impression at all but it seemed okay, not an awful lot to do for a 7 year old. One of their teddy grabbing machines wasn't registering the money you put in it and when I said to a dude who worked here that was cleaning the machines, all he had to say was he was new here and didn't know what to do.... 🤣. I asked him who would know and he told me to go to the front desk. After I spoke to the women at first desk she told me to send the dude over to her and she would give him the keys.... so I felt like a damn worker there running after people to send them to the desk?!?!?! LOL. Not the customers issue that their machine does not work properly, and they never did bother to check it or put an 'out of order' sign up, so more people will probably have the same issues. We did get our prize but I definitely won't be back here. Incompetent staff with not very customer service. The only thing was the nice lady who works in the cafe who made an exceptionally latte. I only 10 min drive from here and been down a few times. My daughter loves it and it's price. It's not massive and is quiet at times but I find that a thing. There is no playtime limit either. I prefer this one to the big soft in kirkcaldy My go to when my little man is feeling a bit grumpy, sure fire way to cheer him up. Always greeted with a smile and the place is clean. Son doesn’t get sick after visiting like he does with most other soft centers. Very clean. Definitely recommend We attended Saturday 15/03/25. Such value for money for a 2hr ! Our 13month old isn’t walking yet & yet there was still plenty for her to explore & interact with. Not just a soft but have toys as well. Our little girl had so much fun , definitely tired her out! We loved it so much we are going back tomorrow. They have a cafe for hot and cold drinks & food for the kids, everything was clean, & the staff members working were approachable & friendly, they were happy to show us around & answer questions. I would highly recommend coming here. Just some constructive feedback, Google says they are open but I recommend checking there facebook page as it’s only weekends they are open currently to avoid disappointment for your little ones. It was a bit cold in the building today & some of the toys didn’t work as the batteries had ran out. Thank you Action Zone for a great time today ! Says it’s open so drive all the way through and it’s closed. Need to sort there opening hours First time visiting this soft with our 4 year old. He loved it! Plenty space. Staff were very pleasant, tables clean! Nice coffee too Fantastic place for the kids. Staff are amazing. The Christmas party is absolutely brilliant 😃. We really loved santa too.. So real looking and sounding x Fab place for to let of steam, great party hosts. Very polite,helpful staff who go above and beyond Incredible atmosphere, great for the and great value for money. My child had bumped into another child and staff could not do enough to make sure both children were okay. Amazed at the amount of concern and regard for the children as you don’t get that everywhere or very often. Definitely be back.
