Where to begin. This was a big surprise to me, i didn't expect to have so much fun with a group of strangers that became so close that it felt like family. Have the Giro d'italia first week from Albania to Matera. It was unbelievable. The places, the food, the hotels.... the guides....the mechanic, the photographer... everyone was amazing, caring, and wonderful. Nichola, John, Nicholai and stefano thank you for the time you guys expend with us. I highly the tours. You will have an amazing time. I am already looking for a new soon. Some of my friends already book new tours because they like it so much. Thank you again I don’t know where to start because this for the Giro d’italia 2nd stage was unbelievable amazing! Italy tours do such a job organizing, communicating, keeping us safe and taking care of every single detail. Erica, Fausto, Pavel, Lorenzo, Davide are the best team ever! We were a group of 14 amazing people that felt connected and comfortable getting to know each other and riding like a team! The sightseeing is incredible, you get to see Italy in 2 wheels, the culture, connect with the nature and just ENJOY the rides! Also, we got to the Giro d’italia fever! We rode some parts of the routes and it truly made this unique! You see and cheer the super human cycling PROS! I highly Italy Tours! I am already planning to come back for new adventures! Thank you for such a memorable time in the Tuscan soil. We did the Pugulia in the south of Italy. Would rate it 5 out of 5. The bikes along the ocean had views. We had a boat booked but the ocean was too rough. Pavel and Nicola organized additional ride up to a winery, it was impromptu and the highlight of the trip. The (Pavel and Nicola) really know their stuff they were able to fit the perfectly for my 10 year old son. Matera at the end was great, the hotel was incredible and the walking was a way to see the city. The also knew all the routes and kept the rides fun and safe. Would highly recommend. Just completed The Best of Alps & Dolomites with Italy Tours. I can’t say enough positive things about the trip! Our guides, Christian, Nikolai & Lorenzo were fantastic! We had 2 of them cycling with us each day plus the van following & catering to our every need. Nikolai built our bikes when we arrived ( 3 of us brought our bikes ) and the other 3 on the rented & were very happy with their rentals. Our rides were amazing, meals delicious, and accommodation very comfortable. If you like climbing mountains, and being treated extremely well, this is the for you! I look forward to returning to Europe for another Italy Tours trip! Italy tours have a rental service! Extremely service minded and friendly. We rented road bikes over 3 days and made our own routes in the area. It wasn’t clear in the website that they had good rental bikes but I definitely this place. As I understand they also have different guided tours. Our (Savi and Stefano) were outstanding - skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. The value of having expert local cannot be understated. We stayed at a beautiful historic hotel and ate at wonderful restaurants which we would not have discovered on our own. We rode on the nicest roads, avoided the worst traffic, conquered the most iconic climbs, and stopped at the most spectacular cafes. I rented a from IBT; it was well maintained and their mechanics accommodated my every picky wish with grace. Really this could not have gone better; my non-riding spouse agrees. Bravo to Italy Tours!!! (Of course we will go back.) I had the pleasure of joining the Italian from October 9 to 13, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! The team did a phenomenal job — the routes were well-planned, the hotels were top-notch, and everything was taken care of with the utmost professionalism. I want to give a shoutout to Christian Savi, our art rider, who was just amazing — always there to support us, super friendly, and really enhanced our rides. The group's enthusiasm and love for cycling truly made this one for the books. This was on my bucket list and it exceeded my expectations. Chistian, Nikolai, and Lorenzo were fabulous guides: supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and all had a wonderful sense of humour. We just returned from an unforgettable 5-day cycling with Italy Tours to celebrate our 10-year anniversary—and we’re still smiling. From start to finish, everything was seamless, stunning, and truly special. We had the absolute joy of joining the legendary "Pink Pony Club"—Marco, Lorenzo, and Simone—who went above and beyond at every step. Their knowledge of the routes, the attention to detail, and the way they catered each ride to match our pace and interests was outstanding. These guys aren’t just incredible and support—though they are—they’re passionate, fun, and genuinely people to spend time with. The routes were breathtaking. Some of the best cycling we’ve ever done, hands down. Quiet winding roads, challenging (but rewarding!) climbs, picture-perfect villages, and of course—great coffee and lunch stops. Every day was unique and memorable, and we felt supported and looked after every moment. We’re already looking forward to our next with them. Italy now holds an extra special place in our hearts thanks to this experience—and to the whole crew, including Clive, Lucy and all the mechanics who made it so magical. Highly, highly recommend. Italy Tours de France Grand Depart in Tuscany was a experience! Tackling the Tuscan hills, and getting to Florence for the team presentation was the icing on the cake! Our guides, including John Lee, Matt, Lorenzo, Roberto, and our other were excellent. They shepherded us along, including me when I was failing at keeping up with the groups. They got us to Tuscan dining locations that were excellent and tasty. Even lunch breaks during rides were great! My fitness was lacking so an e-bike was the solution for the hills. A caveat about European e-bikes. In the U.S. Class 3 e-bikes top out at 28 miles per hour, but European e's max out at 15.5 mph (25 kph). Fifteen mph is fine when the terrain is hilly, but when the group is on a level route, and they're doing about 20 mph plus, the e-bike runs out of gas and suddenly you're trying to propel the 38 pound along at that speed. You may have to sag at that point. I did. The whole IBT was fun, and we have have another them planned for 2025! Just finished an 11 day bespoke cycling adventure with Italy Tours. Thank you to Alberto, Matt & Clive for helping to create the itinerary. However, even higher praise to our Christian and Riccardo for supporting us during these magical days. They suggested ways to improve our rides and orchestrated wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. They quickly understood our Australian sense of humour and before long, competing with our jokes. They made our cycling the best we could have hoped for. Highly IBT. This is without a doubt the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve traveled the world and ridden my in a lot of cool places but nothing comes close to what Italy Tours brought me. From the minute you get picked up to the minute you get dropped off everything is handled. I brought my own and they built it, bled my brakes, and had it clean and ready to go every morning. A lot of people in my group rented bikes and they were in perfect condition. The accommodations and restaurants were authentic and pristine. John our lead guide prepped us the night before every ride with routes and expectations. Erica our ops lead answered every question quickly and throughly. Our group was large so we had three riding and two-three support guides. The support van was either following us or at the right place on every climb. Shoutout to Andrea, Nico, and Emanuele who helped us with mechanicals, nutrition, and support. They made the climbs feel fast and fun. Our three riding Lorenzo, Ivan, and John were constantly circling us for support and blocking traffic or offering guidance on things like cornering or climbing more efficiently. I learned so much from them and had such a good time on seriously the hardest climbs of my life. Choosing the right makes a big difference!! If you are a serious rider and want a real challenge I would 100000000% suggest the alps and Dolomites tour. I loved it so much that I went back a week later and did the grand alps tour. If you’re unsure, email them and they will help you find the right fit. This seriously changed my life. I can’t thank John, Lorenzo, Erica, Ivan, Nico, Andrea, or Emanuele enough. Honorable mention to Savi and Marco whom I met through another group and were equally welcoming. I fell in love with my again and it’s all because of you guys. We’re already planning our back. So much love!! Thank you thank you We’ve just finished two amazing tours with IBT and have loved every minute. ♥️ The trails and paths are beyond comparison and the have been expert, skilled and very supportive. The whole IBT team have been wonderful, making our a fabulous to enjoy and remember. The additional personal touches like pick-ups and transfers have made it a pleasure to travel and removed the stress of traveling in a foreign country. Thank you again IBT team, we’ve had an amazing time 🤩 Riding through the Dolomites and the Alps with IBT exceeded all of my expectations of a trip. Besides the beautiful scenery, IBT staff made this special. They took good care of us individually, and went out of their way to accommodate additional requests (such as gears, hotels for extra stays...). Some of the rides were challenging, but the adequate support of the riders and support staff made it possible and much more enjoyable. Fausto & Davide were the best riding support you could ever want. They looked after us 2 ladies & exceeded our expectations 200%. We were the only 2 & always felt safe & they treated us like family. There patience for us taking lotsa photos & stopping here & there was most appreciated. Our accommodation was fabulous 👌 & nothing was ever a problem. Highly Italy Tours & felt sad when it ended.
