I attended a nice concert of the symphony orchestra. The building looks like a big white cake covered with cream. The interior is decorated in mostly gold; it is said to be art nouveau... It was my first time in this to watch Viana with my son and we just enjoyed it so much. He loved every second of the show and the place has a very nice seating area. The is beautiful. Sadly I was disappointed with the customer service as although we were told when we called that they open the doors at 11.30 at 11.35 we were still standing in the rain with small children and to make matters worse a worker from the came out to rudely tell us that the whole queue was queuing in front of the exit door thus blocking it. She was extremely rude and proceeded to enter slamming the door leaving us in the rain feeling quite annoyed. It was a birthday present for my daughter and although the performance was lovely and we enjoyed it these small things really give a bad impression to the customer.
