I've been completely fascinated with this since I drank Amarone for the first time in 1997. I believe that the wonderful products they produce are the result of their daily efforts, their sincerity. Excellent winery, inspired with the story the forth generation telling. After the I like the Amarone so much. The best guided by Francesco with the best (incl amarones) we have had in Italy - it’s modern, well designed and pristinely kept with family members working together to pass on the memory and heritage. You can feel so much love, care and pride. It’s the best of the best. Excellent winery. Not much advertised. Some of the best I’ve had. Good history. Highly recommend. The legendary from Quintarelli set the standard in Valpolicella. The ultra friendly staff around Matheo and Francesco provide deep insight into the making process and how consequently they select only the best of the best of grapes to ensure highest quality standards. The valpolicella classico already provides such smooth perfection and the Bepi, Amarone, Alzero and Recioto turn it up even another 2 notches. Essential to visit this institution - legendary Wonderful and some of the most exquisite that valpolicella can offer. Both the family and staff are extremely friendly and hospitable Abolute must do if you are an Amarone and Valpolicella Classico lover. Really beautiful estate, the cellar is a piece of art and the are considered as the best in their niche. Very friendly staff as well and a really nice explenation. This was the second of nine visits that were completed over 2 days in the Valpolicella Classico region. This was a tightly scheduled so we made reservations for the purpose of maintaining our schedule. Our group consisted of 3 but only included 2 active tasters. We seek out reds in our travels but will try other wines. There is a lot of hype associated with this based upon it's founder (now deceased). This was the only GROUP and we booked for this trip. This was selected based entirely upon their "industry reputation". Huge mistake!!! Our host was "ok". A good grasp of the history of the and making, but answers to questions left us puzzled at times. The itself was about as "bare bones" as it gets. Now, is an extremely personal experience, but in our opinion, the quality was below average for the region and we would not consider purchasing any of the at ANY price. Amarone was NOT good! This was the most expensive booked for our two days, and this was the only GROUP tour! The facilities and grounds are impressive. There is absolutely NO value in a visit to this winery. Horribly over priced in every regard. We strongly recommend NOT visiting this - poor quality of the and ridiculous pricing. There are so many much better options in the region. If you want to learn more about Giuseppe Quintarelli (it is a good story), look it up on the web. Amazing winery. The history the cellars and the was just on point! A Sacred Pilgrimage for Lovers — Quintarelli is Beyond Words Visiting Giuseppe Quintarelli is not just a — it is a ritual, a lesson in humility, and a rare immersion into the sacred art of winemaking. The experience we had during our private VIP Amarone was unforgettable in every sense. From the very beginning, one feels the presence of a legacy: the late Maestro Giuseppe Quintarelli’s spirit lives in every cask, every bottle, every whisper of the Valpolicella hills. This is not just a — this is a temple to time, patience, and craftsmanship. The cellar alone is a wonder. One could argue, half-seriously, that the bottled heritage it holds exceeds the gold reserves of many central banks — not just in value, but in cultural importance and soul. The aged barrels, the dusted bottles, the silence… all speak of decades of dedication and purity of intent. The itself is a symphony of precision and reverence. Each is extraordinary — not just by its complexity and depth, but by the story it tells. Their Amarone is not a wine, it is a revelation — layered, powerful, and elegant beyond description. The Valpolicella, the Rosso, the Recioto… all expressions of a winemaking philosophy that is both uncompromising and poetic. The team is warm, professional, and respectfully discreet, allowing the and the atmosphere to speak for themselves. This is not an experience to be rushed or compared. It is one of the great shrines of the world, and every serious lover owes themselves a visit here — at least once in a lifetime. Grazie infinite. We are honored and moved. What's there to say? It's the best Amarone in the world period. If you know you know. Amarone Riserva is from another world... 100 points! Jammer… We had an amazing and unique experience by listening Quintarelli family’s passion on making thanks to Francesco. are the best we have ever tasted. Good luck on picking your favorite on tasting, it’s gonna be hard as all of them are amazing! :) Excellent in beautiful surroundings. Had a guided by the very professional Matteo. Highly recommended. Amazing private tour. A beautiful moment and wonderful wine. We came to Verona for a wedding and had some time to kill the morning off. Our group of 8 newly met friends decided on this based on reviews and proximity to our hotels (Magioca and Moron). We showed up without a reservation and while the was technically closed, the father and son let us purchase a few bottles and hangout at the property (apologies for forgetting your names). The father also let us walk among the vines which just added to the experience. The had fantastic views and high quality wines. Looking forward to visiting again and doing a next time. Grazie mille! Their is superb and certainly one of the best in Valpolicella! The is yes pricy, but way worth it as it shows you how much passion, care, ethic and knowledge they put in the making process and make you appreciate and understand their even more! Giovanni, who conducted the tour, was not only knowledgeable, but also very clear and added a personal touch to every things he explained. Grazie! Bellissima esperienza di storia di una famiglia dedita alla sua terra e al suo vino Our private & at this beautiful was definitely a highlight of our trip. Such a beautiful vineyard & the are incredible. Small, family owned with such attention to detail & amazing family story. We have found a new favorite winery. This is a must do on your trip! If you understand what are Italian wines, you may name amarone the queen among them. If you like enjoying amarone, you have to be in quintarelli to have a taste journey. It’s absolutely worthy.
