Definitely the best escape experience. The staff were soooo kind and explained the game well. We tested the museum game. It was sooo much fun. The location of the place is also good. A very creative activity. Highly recommend. We played two in a row, the Lest Call and Stalker, the first one was well organized and good riddles, only one knob was missing but overall very good one. The second one, "stalker" had only one main riddle and the rest small ones with many flaws, one photo to see but you need 10/10 eye sight to see the number, a binocular will be more helpful, the QR codes were not working at all and we had to somehow find photos from previous games that other played in order to proceed. The help provided was not helping on the first main riddle and after that was going downhill because the "riddle" was not very well visible, also we found a riddle that was 5 steps ahead and we couldn't use until we were told. We visited the Harry Potter-themed room. This game lacked creativity and was poorly curated. When I think about it, the quality of the website reflects the game's quality. There were four of us, and the objective was to figure out how to get from A to B, then from B to C, until reaching the end goal. However, there was nothing imaginative about how it was assembled, and the story felt quite lame and didn’t make sense. In the last room, we had to solve the final part, but some things were not in the right place (which should have been checked before we arrived), leaving us with no chance of figuring it out. I cannot recommend this place. It takes little effort to combine a few with some clues and locks, and that's it. I have visited escape in other countries where you have to solve a puzzle or create a key that opens doors or boxes and has so many moving parts that it keeps the whole group engaged. Great time. We did hall of secrets and last call. The were pretty well made and the clues made sense. Recommended! Went for the Harry Potter experience; it was not what I expected in terms of special effects and being immersed in a magical world. The decor was quite lame and wish there were nice sound effects when managing to unlock a door for example. Lastly and most importantly, the last puzzle was wrong, as the pieces were not in the correct position so we couldn't figure it out without help! In the end it wasn't our fault for being confused by it. I've experienced other escape where I was WOWed.. Hence the final rating. The game itself was fine, and the service was great too. But the toilets?! My God! The toilets in my public school back in 1974 were cleaner! A disgrace! Shame on them! I asked our game master, "do you pay for a cleaner to clean your toilets?" He said, "no". I said, "well you should!!" Next time we will go to an alternative escape venue. I don't like being insulted. Super fun puzzles that engage multiple senses with a super friendly and fair Game Master. We booked The Last Call and we’ll be definitely go back to try the other in the near future. Kids and adults had a great time! 😀😀😀 Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for money. Several elements were not working, and the was dirty and stained with ink. The items we had to use were also very old, which made the experience disappointing. Played 2 back to back. The first was "the last call". I enjoyed this and it's a pretty fun overall. My gripe is with the "STALKER". WE were a group of 4 and all of us were very disappointed with the room. If you dont have 20/20 vision dont even bother with this room! Also there is part were it relies on "technology" and it fails you so hard we had to get the code from the screen. The immersion was gone as soon as that happened and we almost walked out of the room. Visited yesterday with my colleagues, all of us had great time. Both Last Call and house of secrets were excellent choices. We will be back soon. We visited Brain Game with colleagues and played "The Museum" and "The Last Call".
