Fast, efficient, professional Overall I was not satisfied with the condition of the rented - Trek Emonda SLR6. Disc brakes were not aligned, which was not a huge problem going uphill. However, while descending the Stelvio, they were making the sounds with each wheel rotation, and the rear brake was not powerful enough that I can be confident on the downhill. I expected for the price that the would be in perfect condition. That was not the case. If you need to rent at this place, please be aware and inspect the very carefully. I later complained to the guy in the store and they refused to acknowledge the issue. We rented ski , poles , helmet. We were relieved as they spoke a perfect English and was high tech. We rented 10 bikes, for 4 days to cycle aroun the area. We rented both e-road and road bikes. were as new and well serviced. Shop had our ready to go, and named so that pickup was easy and efficient. We had our fit for 10 persons in under an hour and started our cycling trip. Strongly recommend it. My family and I rented 4 from Bormio Ski & and we could not be more happy. They had all the ready wo go and fitted us very quickly. We did the ReStelvio race and the were perfect. Rented a brilliant Trek Domane here in the summer. The was very well maintained and the was good. Decided later on to purchase the from them and got a good offer. The had slight mechanical issues which necessitated me to get it repaired after delivery, but Bormio Ski and said they will compensate the costs without discussion. All in all a client friendly and trustworthy shop! Hope to visit them in the future when cycling in the area!
