This is an ok pizza! Any you choose you are going to enjoy it, but it's definitely so overpriced. I come back here to comment in September 2024, believing that the quality has significantly decreased since i first tried it. We visited this pizzeria yesterday and were very pleased with the experience. The are freshly prepared on the and baked in a wood-fired oven, resulting in a delicious, hot, and fresh meal. The service was excellent—the staff member who attended to us was polite, friendly, and welcoming. There are a few outdoor tables available where you can sit and enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience If you’re a lover, this outdoor is a must-visit! After trying multiple options from their menu, I can confidently say this place knows how to deliver quality pizza, starting with their unbelievably fluffy dough—soft, airy, and the perfect base for their creative toppings. 🌶️The “La Bandiera” was a fresh and zesty option, with marinara, creamy burrata, peppery rucola, and a hint of heat from chili flakes, all balanced with a drizzle of balsamic. A delightful combination, especially for those who enjoy a light and tangy pizza. 🍄🟫The “Tartufo” has a special place in my heart (and tummy!). The earthy richness of the truffle cream, combined with mushrooms and rucola, created a luxurious flavor profile. Every bite was indulgent yet well-balanced. 🥓Another favorite of mine was the “Prosciutto Pecorino.” The salty, savory mix of crudo, pecorino romano, and mozzarella, combined with the tangy marinara and rucola, made this an instant classic. 🍕Finally, the “La Finocchiona” was another unique offering. We opted to remove the red onions, and it still delivered. The creamy ricotta paired beautifully with the fresh oregano, salami, and finocchiona, all tied together with a subtle kick from the hot honey. 🍺We also tried the ΣΑΝΤΥ beer, which was light and refreshing—perfect for pairing with the pizzas While the are undeniably amazing, there are some downsides. 🎵The loud music doesn’t quite fit the relaxed, outdoor vibe, which detracts from the experience. 🪑Additionally, the seating area is limited and doesn’t seem well thought out. The outdoor space has so much potential and could be reclaimed in a way that would elevate the significantly. That said, the Tartufo and the Prosciutto Pecorino alone make it worth a visit. The combination of fluffy dough, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors is hard to beat, and with a few tweaks to the ambiance and seating, this could truly shine! Guido and the goose is an amazing located in the heart of Nicosia. The vibe is chill and the whole atmosphere very street like. The staff is very friendly and the background music ideal for this type of restaurant. The is excellent. All the ingredients they use are top quality and they might serve the best I had in Nicosia and believe me I tried many different places that serve pizza. The dough is supper thin and perfectly cooked and the ends are chewy just how i like it. My favorite was the margarita pizza. Simple, classic and delicious with a flavorful tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella drizzled with extra virgin olive oil cheese. I’ ve been to Italy 4 times and I had some really good there This margarita was so authentic and definitely among the best I had even in Italy. I also enjoyed the truffle which had the perfect ratio of cheese and truffle without being too heavy. The with mortadella, pesto and pistachios was quite interesting and i have never tasted anything similar. It was tasty and if you love pistachios and pesto you should definitely give it a try. Only negative is that the prices are a bit too high for the size of the as they are quite small. I would definitely revisit especially for that margarita which was even better than some of the I had when I visited italy. Listen, it's going to be the best you can eat on the entire island. But you will have to wait for it at least 40 minutes on a crowded evening. So gather your patience and have a 2 at least. Be prepared, you aren't going there for the place. You eat outside on the uncomfortable chair from the unsuitable table. The floor is dirty, everything is chaotic. But the is worth it. Maybe it's on purpose, maybe accidental, who knows. You are going there for the pizza. Adorable little place with amazing service. We had the with the hot honey, and it was the best ever! I can't wait to go back and try every single item on the menu. Its a nice cozy place, you’d see people chilling and enjoying a beer with some deliciously looking pizzas. We ordered the pesto mortadella and Margherita . Mortadella and burrata have always been my number one and now I assert it, it was very good and the excessive amount of pistachio on top made it even ever. The ingredient quality is top. The Margherita was also good, nothing special but tasty. The portion is a bit small but I felt satiated. Its a nice not like fast food but too small. But the problem is that we waited for an hour for our food without the staff giving us a heads up that it was going to be late. If that was the case I wouldn’t have ordered or I would have left and came back, not waited in the cold without a sit without knowing when my food will be served. Your customer service can be improved and you only have two heaters outside. Not enough tables and chairs. The space can be improved if you try. The tables dont even fit the pizzas. In the pic I had to support one of the with my leg so that it wouldn’t fall off the table. 10/10 pizza, would eat here every night. Amazing staff too I arrived at 8 o’clock to find that some ingredients were already unavailable. Furthermore, it took 52 minutes for a single to be served. While the itself was excellent, no dish is worth such a lengthy wait—especially when one is hungry. Be aware of this possibility when planning your visit. My favourite in Nicosia. Really chill atmosphere just a very relax open but cozy where you can eat amazing oven-baked pizza. All killer no filler. Literally the best food and the greatest people on the island. Lovely, professional staff, awesome music. BEST in Cyprus. i’ve been there sooo many times. everything is beyond perfect! the are delicious, very italian Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
