Ryde Leo Leisure, team; are extremely helpful and friendly. Although the building is old and tired, It is a clean, tidy environment. Good food at great prices, along with great games of Bingo. There is often a really promotion on offer. It would be great if the coffee machin was fixed......the instant on offer is not good!! Enjoyed our visit to Leo leasure , we visited the cinema within. Nice little cinema, only 2 screens but had a selection of films on throughout the day. It only cost us £20 for 5 of us to go in. We took children with us and there sweet selection did not disappoint. The food (that wasent sweets) was a bit limited but still OK. Only real criticism was, is that the whole place had a very old fashion feel about it and could possibly to with a make over. Shame they don't advertise car park. Bit of a wait to get in but the cashier was a polite and professional. Plus there was free food and the bar is reasonably priced For a non expensive night or afternoon out. ( as long as you go when there are offers on) its a five star. Not a clicky place. Everone is friendly and helpful especially duncan and Erica. Paul seems to be part of the fixtures and fittings. Free nd quick to become member as long as not a queue of people waiting for books. They have bingo bee for people who struggle to keep up on paper. The kitchen and food has vastly improved. Now has. Grand size disabled toilet. Should have. Lift in there to the cinema for wheelchair users but not as of yet. The decor could do with sorting. But doesn't seem that staff even get enough time to clean up. Very dated but selection of slot machines lots of games. Very cheap bar promos. Went online to check prices for a group outing & saw that Tuesday evening sessions are free. I got a group of friends together to go but when we arrived at that time we were told that it was £10 to play. I showed the lady at the counter the online prices on my phone & was told there was nothing they could do about it. We left abit upset & let down. We usually love visiting here :) *this has happened AGAIN after they updated their website & it now says FREE ON SUNDAY EVENINGS but it's not!* Fab bingo hall, lovely staff, cheap food and drinks. Fun! I won a little lol Horrible experience. Queued for tickets for over 40 minutes. Very run down venue, with staff saying it is closing down. Only thing was food was value for money. Small lovely independent cinema, staff always seem happy and happy to help. The screens you go in to see the film, needs a bit upgrading, seats sometimes comfy. But you cant complain as it's only £4.00 and on Saturday Mornings £2.00 and Mondays in term time only its £2.00 Lovely Ryde Bingo club. How pathetic. Asked for a drink at just gone 8.30 pm and was rudely told that the bar was closed. The staff mostly looked scruffy too. The guy cooking had no form of hygiene protection on at all. Avoid this place. Spoken to like a child after asking the rules and regulations of the game and abused by all of the proper gamblers . No need for abuse from an old lady when we were only trying to have fun!
