We had a lodge, very nice, plenty of space. The bonus is that you can right outside your accommodation. This is our 2nd visit and would definitely come again St Helens coastal resort is a lovely, park. Grounds are well maintained and the accomodations have plenty of room around them. We had a with decking and hot tub. (No.16). Double bed was comfortable and the as a whole was cleaned well. The bathroom was ok, just needs a bit of tlc.(window would not open). Only drawback was the hot tub. It is sunk into the decking which is fine but the area around the tub is very small. The gate that opens to the tub is right on the tub entry. It's difficult to try and uncover the tub let alone get into it. Nikki, the receptionist is lovely. We advised her of the issues we encountered before we left to come home and she said that she would get maintenance to sort them out. The local pub is in walking distance as is Bembridge harbour and the Duver. Will definitely here again. St Helens Coastal Resort Team are top notch, went above and beyond whilst we stayed, helped finding a garage for my broken car, rearrange ferry crossing and book to extend our holiday whilst my car was getting fixed, the was clean, well manicured, and allowed us to have a peace and restful holiday, we will certainly be booking again, our / was spacious, hot tub was ideal during the sunset, and dog friendly, plenty of red squirrels running up and down the boundary fence which was a delight, all in all a chilled holiday made by the team at this resort, thank you What a great site. Quiet, relaxing, very comfortable accommodation and ideal location for exploration. Fabulous at this clean peaceful resort. The indulgent was perfect with a great hot tub and kitchen. Spacious living ...The were excellent. The guy who maintained the hottub was on the ball making sure it was checked regularly...Tge was perfect .The local pub The vine served excellent food and drink Great time had by all We stayed for a long weekend in the indulgent with a roof terrace and hot tub. The was beautiful. The views from the roof terrace were stunning. were very welcoming and friendly. They were running an Easter egg hunt for the kids during the weekend and our kids took full advantage of this to go and explore the park. It's very on site, no entertainment or arcade etc. There is an outdoor which is open during the summer months. It's hidden away behind a row of houses. There is a small shop within walking distance of the for any supplies. Bembridge and the houseboats are nearby for a walk and some boat spotting. There are also a few more shops in Bembridge if you needed anything else. This was lovely, We will definitely be staying here again! I Live in St Helens, and I often take a stroll around the park, it’s such a peaceful place. Over the years I have lived here, I must say the is now beautiful, the vans and lodges all look well look after and clean. The grounds are lovely, and may I take this opportunity to say I have had the pleasure of meeting Jack, one of the grounds people, he is a pleasure to talk to, and is doing a superb job with the gardening work, every time I’ve come across him he is always hard at work, and it shows. Well done young man. Thank you to everyone at away resorts. But a speacial thank you to Jack for making it look so lovely.l park. and peaceful. It's basically in the village of St Helens which is a very place. Good location for exploring the island and it's only a 20 minute walk to St Helens beach. Also the is a nice bonus. place Beautiful setting, well maintained grounds, and just an amazing little corner of peace. was great, perfectly warmed, team at check in were friendly, kind, informative and caring. Close walk to a great beach. we stayed in was amazing and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Great place. Accommodation had everything we needed. It was very cosy and relaxing. The hot tub was the best part. I would definitely recommend this as a great base to explore the island. Nice and during our stay, reception were more than helpful in recognising our needs and the was clean and pleasant. The has a heated outdoor pool, but at the time of our stay, it was near 38 degrees in the and too hot to be safe for extended periods of time, or to enjoy. This was our first visit and was very impressed with the location, the is well maintained and clean. In particular we noticed the cleaning went above and beyond and spent as long as was needed on change over day. The were all very friendly. The only negative I could say was some balcony's on the caravans (ours included) were in the shade because of high conifers. Shame as we couldn't sit out for the hottest week of the year on our balcony to enjoy the sunshine. If we did sit out or put towels out to dry because of the closeness to the conifers they were covered in tree debris. Shame but apart from that a fabulous site. holiday home. Clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Guest services were very helpful when we had any queries. We were given guest passes for the other Away Resorts so we were able to use their indoor (as the outdoor at St Helen's was empty of water and looked like it was having work done). We'd gladly return to St Helen's in the future. The photos of the accommodation were taken as we left so the beds were made by us. When we arrived they were made up properly so were neater than this. Scam alert – very disappointed We booked a 3-bedroom property in Away Resort St Helens. When we booked, it stated that free Wi-Fi was included. However, when we arrived, we were told that in that area the Wi-Fi signal is weak, so we couldn’t use it. In addition, there was no smart TV. So basically, it was just a place to sleep, with really good sofas to sit on and do saptah, but nothing more. Luxury was perfect in every way, clean safe , quite location and perfect for exploring the isle of wight. Nice touch was the swimming which I must admit we didn't use due to being to busy running around the island. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is thinking of a holiday as it's very easy to get to from either Ryde or Fishbourne via the ferry from Portsmouth. Loved this site. Clean, well maintained & staff. very well equipped & felt like new. Great spot where we could enjoy the sun & hot tub well into the evening. Cute little which we wish had stayed open a little later to make the most of the barmy hot weather we had! No club house (which I preferred) but a lively pub just minutes walk away (no designated driver needed!). Short walk to the pretty St Helen’s beach & short bus ride to Ryde & beyond. is & peaceful so may not suit families with children looking for more activities , but I personally loved this & would definitely again-perhaps in a luxury with a rooftop view! This is our second visit and will not be our last. The is lovely, the was fabulous and the second to none. So and helpful. Went out of their way to help us. I am so grateful to the girls in reception so caring and helpful. Thank you again for a stay! Dissapointing yo not have WiFi, even though we specifically booked a place with WiFi to be able to stream and game in evenings. Otherwise all good, Close to local shops, pubs, beach. Clean, atmosphere. Did not use facilities as we did daily excursions. could have been open till at least 8 or 10pm. Our accommodation was very clean and tidy. Location was great and but this may have been cos our was mid September. Local pub The Vine was literally 2min walk from caravan.
