The kids enjoyed seeing the goats and the cute free roaming chickens, the adults appreciated the humorous presentation and free of hot salsa and berry jam as well as several samples of and spicy liquor. I did not like any whites, either too dry or sweet for me, my daughter loved the full body red, they were out of the blue sparkling wine. Lovely shop, cosy area. Good size right by a large parking lot. A very nice and very well maintained vineyard. A very calm and soothing place with views and huge plantation. They have a very nice gift shop where souvineers can be bought. Their open bar is very nice and the day we visited they had live going on which was very nice. The food we had was also very good and very tasty. The presentation was awesome. A must place to spend time. We rode down to here on our bikes via the red squirrel trail. I went to purchase the Blue Brut, and it looks so cool. Not tried it yet. It's a gift for my daughter's wedding. The place is so lovely, and we had a quick pint while we were there, lovely grounds, plenty of seating. They don't take cash, so make sure you have your card. Lovely located on the Isle of Wight. The was very good. The views are incredible. This would be a place to when they have live on. Chickens roaming around outside was a bonus! You absolutely MUST Adgestone if you’re visiting the IOW. Excellent afternoon. The tour was super insightful learning about both the on site and historical; the was very relaxed and enjoyable; food for lunch was great; views were absolutely spectacular. Literally too many good things to say about this place! Excellent day out. Audio tour including knowledge and local history. Wine informative including the famous blue fizz. Recommend a visit. Visited Adgestone on Saturday afternoon to enjoy some live and a glass of wine. Tasted the blue bubbly and had a couple of platters which were SO good. Adgestone has a beautiful setting with views of the coast, and the audio tour was very interesting, whilst not being too long or heavy on information. The was and done with a very friendly and informative member of staff (sorry didn’t catch a name). Well worth a if you’re in the area and can’t wait to come back / buy more wine! Pleasant enough day out - nice people, pleasant location, decent food etc. was pretty grim, though. My party (members of a group) tried all the offerings and rated them from between 4 and 6 out of 10. Live OK - perhaps a 6 out of 10. Although it was end of season and quiet, we had a afternoon here. The is a really pleasant walk with wonderful views. Our hostess was welcoming and we had an interesting talk about with plenty of sampling along the way. Highly recommended.
