We were excited to visit this new venue for the first time, as everything looked fresh and modern. Initially, the atmosphere seemed promising. However, our experience quickly took a disappointing turn. The venue has a so-called “open” area, which is essentially 99% enclosed. The doors to this are left fully open, allowing individuals to just a few steps away from the lanes. These same individuals then return to play, bringing the strong smell of cigarette with them. This setup is both unpleasant and poorly thought out. I raised the issue with the manager, who asked me to point out those inside. Unfortunately, the root of the problem lies in the owner’s belief that the designated qualifies as “outside.” I’ve included a photo in this review for reference. By LAW the “smoking area” or “open area” has to be designated off by the indoor area. By LAW those doors must stay shut. People should go “outside” to and then come back in to play. The should not be making its way indoors. In summary, if you’d prefer not to leave reeking of — both on your clothes and yourself — I would advise avoiding this place. Everything was organised as planned. The had a fantastic time! We ordered food and drinks from the screen at the lane while playing, which was convenient. Service was fast and polite. The management even provided plates & spoons for the bday cake. Even when made quite a mess with the confetti, they were not told off. They just let them enjoy themselves and the management vacuumed when guests left. This is an excellent addition to Nicosia's entertainment options. Very nice atmosphere there. It's new and it is well decorated. The owner is friendly and helpful. Easy parking under the bdg. We paid 30 euros for 1 hour for 4 players. And it's very easy to order a bottle of water from their system. We came on a Saturday very Saturday afternoon it was not crowded yet and so enjoyable. It was definitely an amazing experience. The facilities are very modern and the service was great. The only thing that kind of throws people off is the lack of even finishing your if the ends first (I imagine due to the massive amount of customers). However, overall it was still satisfying and would undoubtedly recommend The best one in my opinion in Nicosia. Good food options too. Ideal for a family’s too. Είμασταν 4 Άτομα, 2 Ενήλικες κ 2 Παιδιά, ο χρόνος που πληρώσαμε ήταν 40 λεπτά. Στον χρόνο αυτό πρέπει να υπολογίσεται τον αρχικό χρόνο να κάτσει κάποιος να φορέσει τα παπούτσια να συντονιστει γενικά άρα επί πόσα άτομα, επισης να βρεις τον χρόνο να παραγγείλεις, να πίνεις κ να τρως κ ταυτόχρονα να παίζεις κ ειδικά όταν είναι παιδιά όλα αυτά αυξάνονται. Εμείς μέχρι τα 10 λεπτά πριν λήξη ο χρόνος ακόμα είχαμε 4 φορές επί 4 Άτομα, κ στο τέλος τρέχαμε απλά πετάγαμε τις μπάλες. Άρα θεωρώ ότι δεν ευχαριστίες τόσο πολύ κ διασκεδάζεις, απλά διεκπεραίωτικα το κάνεις.... My teenage daughter said they enjoyed themselves at a friend's and that we should consider it for next year. Other than that, I have no opinion for pricing yet, I may return to update my review when I know! There are two places in this that I know of and this is one of them. There is an underground parking as well which is nice. Everything is new and the animation on the screens is really nice. You can order straight from the screen. But food cannot be ordered before 5pm, no worries. You pay for and at first I thought that is much better. But you pay for an hour and you have to rush your games so for me and my son we got through 1.5 games and it felt so rushed. I prefer being able to pay for 3 games and taking as long as we need. It’s not nice when you are half way through a and it just switches off. You should at least be able to finish the current game. But the other place is really old and it just stops working all the time. The drinks are a bit more expensive. 3 euros for one can of pepsi. No problem again. Overall I still think this will be our place to go bowling. Quality first I say. Very disappointing place. I will give 1 point just because the system does not allow me to put 0. I will NOT RECOMMEND it, simply AVOID this place. The is connected with the non so we had to bear the from heavy smokers..! Bad food quality for children parties, miscommunication and misunderstandings with the lady having reservation duties regarding what kind of sweets to bring at the for our children guests!!! She insisted to bring a home - made cake instead of buying one, since this is one of the venue’s regulations!!! Ridiculous!! In addition, although she initiallly let us know that we could also bring small single serving sweets for our guests, when we called to confirm our reservation (two days before the party) she refused that bringing extra sweets (apart from the cake) for our guests was allowed. So we had to cancel our order from the confectionery at the last moment and pay for that!! There was NO ASSISTANCE/HELP during food ordering (with the tablets) and while the children were playing. Our reserved lanes were closed half an hour before the agreed with NO JUSTIFICATION or WARNING and we were forced to pay for the lost as well. High level of ARROGANCE on behalf of the manager and the rest of the personnel. NEVER AGAIN. Great place for bowling! We got a lane right away and the service was good. The lanes were well-maintained, and the seating areas had a touchscreen system for orders and settings which was very convenient. While a bit pricey, it was worth the experience and we would visit again. Enjoyed our night Only issue i had is the price of the drinks I don't get the per hour charging that takes away the fun of the some times if you feel that you have to play fast... The place is really well decorated and has full potential but I can't give more than 3 stars with the current charging policy. PS I have played to 10 different countries including USA and it's my first I face this charging policy. PS. 2 if the Cafe is empty let people to wait there not forcing them to order especially if they have and want to avoid the areas. Full five stars!!! Because one of the manager it’s really bad.. and because of HIS OWN PROBLEM.. speak really bad to my kid, last night.. without reason.. my kid was crying all night.. we paid for 30 minutes darts’s, then he come and stop the .. and say to my boy (12 years old) that he is not allowed to play the game.. ??? Went to a event, and the music was deafening. Everyone had to yell just to be heard by the person next to them. Good luck communicating across a table. I, also, noticed that the was connected to the indoor area, and the layout doesn't really differentiate or separate the two areas. Thankfully, there were no smokers near our party, but I don't see how wouldn't enter into the indoor area, had there been any. Just for reference, the kid's table (where the sat to eat) was well in the "smoking area". Which, since there were no smokers, did not cause any issue, but would have been very problematic if there were smokers there. We recently celebrated a at Boutique and it was an amazing experience. The venue is beautifully designed, creating a warm atmosphere and made the event even more special. All facilities were in perfect working condition. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The food was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Το boutique bar & grill είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
