A violent altercation ensued and their staff failed to keep the guilty party from leaving and were aggressive with the injured. No remedies or accountability by their non existent management team. Also their alcohol is watered down and literally did not get us drunk at all. Before you go, you have to make a reservation by phone, and there was no entrance fee the night I went. The music and dance space is not very big, but overall it was good. Our first time at La Nouba and it was AMAZING! We came to the final Residnce by Kem and from the minute we walked in, the staff were friendly, the barmen were funny! We were given a table at the front, they also give you mixed fruits and peanuts which was nice (you don’t get that in the Uk). drink prices were good considering they are generous with the alcohol. The music was amazing, the people were very friendly and we had an amazing night! We are definately coming again next year! A very unpleasant experience if you are a tourist. I do not recommend it. Ok, since I can't give zero stars, I'll give one... Zero for the organization, zero for any relationship with the guest, especially a big minus if you're a foreigner... Fake Ibiza vibe!
