Food and service was great. But the surrounding area and the view is spectacular. we stopped at the place just for a drink and coffee and stayed due to the wonderful service and perfect dishes. The apple Strudel was amazing, the soups great, but the chantarelle Strudel was a miracle. Even our friend, an adult who always avoided mushrooms tasted it and loved it. Most of the dishes we wouldn't order if it was not for the great service with multi-lingual host. What an amazing experience, thank you very much and for everyone reading it: if you are in the neigbourhood, go there and eat there, you will not regret it! Estremely slow service. People left because it took too long. The view is great. Amazing Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Super comfortable and clean accommodation, gorgeous atmosphere, incredibly welcoming, delicious food and catering for dietary needs. We were so impressed and would stay / eat again in a heartbeat! Waited for 25min just be able to order beer. Afterwards waiting time for payment another 25min. Super non-friendly, over confident. Sadly one star. We are not difficult customers, but first the apple juice of our child was forgotten. No biggie. Then there was some kind of gunk in the coffee. When we showed this, the reaction was only: ohhh… and the waitress took the coffee with her. That was it. No excuses, no new coffee AND it was still on the bill. Mind you; it was not very busy. Then to make it even worse, we didn’t had enough euro’s to pay cash (and with the card is not possible), we payed with Czech krones but a transfer fee of €5 (on a bill of €27) was added. When we protested they only took away the coffee of the bill (but reluctantly). Very unprofessional. Would not recommend which is a shame because the location is special and the cake was tasteful.
