This Haven was a vast improvement than Park Dean holiday parks. We stayed on touring pitch. We had a pitch. Toilets and showers were kept very clean with an onsite member of checking the cleanliness all day long and if you had any touring pitch queries. The throughout the park were friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble. The in the evening was fun. Plenty of places to eat. Would recommend this resort 👌. Thank you Haven for a holiday 😀. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty to do to keep the busy, however it should be noted all but the swimming activity is an additional cost per person/child. It can and does add up fast if you're a larger family. The amenities were adequate and there were enough food options to make things varied albeit a little bit pricier than one might be used to at their other franchises. The shops or mini markets as they're called here are adequate and will stock nearly anything you could desire, with pricing not too outrageous despite having a monopoly. That said, there are normal super markets not too far away if you have wheels and wish to mostly self cater on a budget. On the topic of nearby things, there are plenty of small towns near, with places to explore and things to do, therefore you shouldn't really run out of choice. The beaches are generally excellent and if you wish to drive onto one, black sands in a must-see/do which is approx 25 mins drive away. The local beach featuring at the resort is quite the walk away dependent on where you are located within the but it is a mixture of pebble, sand and grass with very shallow waters for those with little ones. Shade is limited, so parasols should be considered if the weather is particularly warm. The were mostly attentive, bar a few exceptions. They were welcoming and with children, and for that they cannot be faulted. The security were really friendly and approachable which is a nice addition. To conclude, I would recommend this place to anybody wishing to visit North Wales for a short stay, with that said, be mindful of the seagulls, they are highly sentient and will steal your food without notice, theyre loud; both audibley and when they are crawling around on your roof at all hours of the day. It's akin to running around. Ps signage around the could be better, I think they have decided their app is sufficient. Which is fine if the free WiFi is working, otherwise there is limited phone signal on most carriers. We stayed in a bronze in Mountain View, but there was no Mountain View as our was just facing a bush. The was clean although there was a radiator that looked like it had not had a wipe down in a while. Activities were really good, especially the mini adventure course. A little on the pricey side but kept my toddler busy. I just wish they were on all day rather than at set times. Swimming was very and plenty of slides to go on. Nighttime was also very but there’s one lady that works in The Boardwalk at night that needs to not get so agitated when are moving around the dance floor when is on. I thought Haven was targeted for families so young are going to run around. The nighttime was really with the seaside squad making an appearance every night! We were very gutted when we went to the gift shop and there were no Annie teddies in stock. Wouldn’t be an issue if I could buy online but now can’t get one until we come back. Food was way overpriced which is expected so we tried to cook in the a lot. We would return as overall we still had a We had an amazing Monday-to-Friday stay at this Haven site! There was never a dull moment – so much to do for the whole family. We went swimming every day, and the pool was fantastic, filled with fun features that kept everyone entertained. I'd definitely recommend making the most of it daily! The food was too – plenty of on-site restaurants to choose from, and the convenience was a big bonus. We even had a meal delivered straight to our one evening, and you can also have food delivered to your table. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the beach, which is just a short stroll away. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. After we checked out on Friday at 10am, we got home and realised we had left our Nintendo Switch behind in the caravan. We thought it was gone for good, but after texting the experience team, they took the to locate it and posted it back to us. Incredible service! We’ll definitely be coming back – and hopefully not forgetting anything next time! Highly recommend this for a fun and stress-free family break. We have had a 4 night holiday this week, the is big an lots to do. Sadly the weather has been horrific and we have had 2 poorly an myself so haven't been able to really enjoy it as much as we wanted. Did have a couple of issues with our (fitted a whole new oven, fixed shower holder and toilet seat) the and maintenance have been amazing! The splash away bay is so cool with loads to do kids loved it!, We will definitely book again in spring for better weather so we can take advantage of all the an facilities I booked diamond lodge and was so pleased with it, in a quiet area St Tudwals. I read reviews and was worried what i read being only 3 months of opening, and smells people had in summer, but i was so pleased when i saw where it was and the lodge was outstanding and beautiful. I always went private but the lady unfortunately sold up. So 1st booking with haven and was not disappointed. spot on as usual and highlight was the haloween parade. My grandson was only one to dress up for it so made it more memoriable. stay love it here! It’s peaceful and perfect for nature lovers, adults, or older children. Enjoyed the coastal walks through to the beach. There’s plenty of wildlife to enjoy, though the dragon boats on the lake weren’t running much which would have been fun. The worked really hard under pressure especially the cleaning team, who were friendly and deserve recognition, a pay raise, and a bonus. They seemed to clean too many caravans. Some issues with cleaning timing and leftover hair on beds were a bit frustrating, but tried their best to fix things last minute. Privacy could be better in some areas at the windows at night and more of a back garden for kids to play, but overall, the setting is quiet and enjoyable. A place for those who want calm and nature! We stayed for a week in one of the apartments and had a time. The apartments are basic but have everything you need. A little hit and miss on noise levels depending who is staying around you - I think for this reason (and wanting a deck to sit out on) we'd probably go for a next time. The was excellent and our daughter had the best time. The all seem really happy, from the at check-in to the lifeguards, those running activities and those in shops/bars, they were all so professional and friendly. We have to give a special mention to the ranger station as our daughter really enjoyed her sessions there - ranger Johnny and ranger Paul were both so engaging , knowledgeable and friendly - both perfect people for the job! The facilities are absolutely excellent, particularly the high ropes, climbing wall, big jump, pool etc, and of course there are beautiful beaches on the door step too. The restaurants etc were reasonably priced, had deals at certain times so eating out wasn't too expensive. We are already thinking about our next trip back! Arrived at hafon y mor, on the 17th October 2025. Arrived to the apartment in my opinion to a bad state. Some of the plaster by the radiator was peeling off, chips on the windowsills, stains all over the walls and carpets, and bathroom floor was peeling up. This apartment looked completely different to what the haven website shows, it was beyond dirty, not very well maintained whatsoever, and definitely wasn't worth the money your expected to pay. was bingo at 7.20 every night with no kids shows, BUT the camp overall has lots to do. That's the only thing I can say about my here. Complained to customer service and they think the problems in the flat were ok. No they are not. Beware people before you book an apartment. Would recommend a caravan, but not an apartment. Also there is fleas present as my child got bitten. We have stayed here several times, each we have always had a fab holiday. We stayed 1 week ago for the weekend. was lovely, was fun for the kids. The extras for Halloween like the seaside parade the kids really enjoyed. We some how managed to leave 3 of my sons teddies behind. I spoke to the ladies at the accommodation who helped get them back to us, adding in some special surprises for my son which was so lovely. We will defiantly be back for another stay 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to Hafan Y Mor in June and loved it so much that we had to come back again in September! Both holidays were amazing from start to finish. The swimming and activities were brilliant, with loads to keep us all busy even when the weather wasn’t great, but the best part for us was definitely the team. They made every evening so much fun and really went out of their way to make my little girl feel special she hasn’t stopped talking about it since! Our 18 months old boy also loved joining in! Every single member of the are amazing, so warm, approachable, and fun but I especially want to mention Alex. He’s full of energy, at what he does, and you can tell he genuinely loves it. He really helped to make our holiday unforgettable. Thank you to everyone for making our holidays so special, we can’t wait to come back again!
