When we got there, no signs saying they were on holiday, just closed. Slogged the 2kms back hungry and bitterly upset Excellent! Very Nice and friendly service. A friend and I visited this dönerhaus during the summer whilst we were attending the VooV festival. We came to the dönerhaus hungry, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect from any other dönerhaus to help us and provide. It was honestly the nicest currywurst and falafel wrap we have ever tasted. We are very grateful for their hospitality and have thought of them a lot in the months following the festival. The kindness we were shown was inspiring. It made our festival experience a thousand times better and we returned to the festival site satisfied and ready to dance again. We would recommend visiting the town of Putzlitz just for the dönerhaus, open even on a Sunday. Any attendees of Voov or simple passers by - we highly recommend for sustenance ! Great place, smiling and friendly owners/staff. Prices are great considering the food you have and we actually visited back after VooV experience. Has Vegetarian friendly options as well.
