So glad we did, what a lovely pub and the people were great, proper friendly. One chap there is a real character, the type that most pubs have (funny and chatty). The cider wasn't bad either 😄. Purchased 16 bottles of the special cider 😋. If you happen to see the sign and you fancy it, don't pass up on the chance of visiting. Loved the place so many memories from the 90's not changed at all, the special cider is still amazing and tasty. Good to see it back open. Food was amazing too well recommend to visit. No children allowed inside. Good cider and food available. Also had a separate area for families 👪 only. Must visit for all cider lovers 🍎🍏🍺 The special goes down like your drinking pop but at a lethal 8% so careful if your driving, nice mix of flavours to customise your drink if you need to also has had a BBQ stand last 2 times Iv been which was very reasonably priced 🍔🌭🍟 Very friendly and down to earth pub, cracking food too. Our new local eventhough it's 12 miles away, but it's worth it! Lovely What real gem of a place, in the middle of nowhere but not far from Bridgnorth is this timeless gem of a proper Cider House, one of only 4 left in the UK. Tried a half of the Special and half of the Cloudy. Both were excellent, the Special crisp clear and very refreshing at 7.4% and the cloudy at 4.2% which really took me by surprise, the fruitiness and explosion of flavour was just something off the scale, nothing like the typical scrumpy Jack cloudy bitter flat stuff.The atmosphere of the place, we sat out side on a glorious summer’s day at 4.00pm, a horse went by, you could hear nothing else apart from a few birds, the setting was idyllic. Inside the two smaller rooms was like stepping back in time 50 years, beautiful characterful and cosy like a small country pub used to be. I’m going back ASAP and like today I’ll give the car keys to the Mrs. to drive home. Bostin place and brilliant Cider and atmosphere 😀👍❤️ Popped in for a quick drink whilst in the area and asked for a coffee for husband who was driving. Informed they dont sell coffee, but would make him one anyway. Wonderful customer service from the lady behind the bar and a very happy husband. Couldn't ask for more, thank you for the hospitality x Went there for drinks with the family. Lovely friendly service and great atmosphere. Didn't try the food so I can't comment on that. Fabulous country setting...Been coming here over45 years...and still the special Cider is outstanding.
