Goodness I really love Scotland it is all so so yummy looking. The cakes and and tea is all made with milk which is really nice because we don’t usually have that in Belarus. The people are all really nice and traditional Scottish We stopped for tea and cake, both delightful, and stayed to chat. Glorious setting We just stopped here for a quick coffee, but it turned out to be much longer then expected The was the best we had on Scotland. The from it were astonishing! The staff was very welcoming, very happy with the service overall. This golf Club cafe has been part of our yearly pilgrimage to Strathcarton for many years. We always pop in for a drink and some scrummy cake. There is always something delicious on offer. This year however it was closed as the lady in charge of the cafe was ill. We wish her the best of recoveries. It was an Open Day at the golfcourse so it wasn't open to visitors BUT when we explained we always popped in there before watching the Shinty we were offered and traybake. Yum yum. We love this place, the are to die for with Loch Carron and mountains. But the hospitality is the best on offer.
