Olly and the team are so helpful, was buzzing when I managed to get my partner a custom board. Didn't take to long either, happy with the final product. Great and very good staff. I bought a short sleeved wetsuit from them years ago and it’s still great. Even though the was closing at the end of the day, they were still patient and helpful to me, a disabled man with challenges. I will go there again when I’m down in Cornwall, but I just have to say that you can rely on Zuma Jay. Finally got to in person after purchasing on line , definitely didn’t disappoint, great stock , man himself behind counter, staff friendly and helpful, when next on way to Newquay definitely pop in again , parking just metres away Great customer service! went in looking for a new surf board, staff guided me with different types of boards that i might like, tried out a few boards till i found the perfect one for me. I then managed to damage my board few weeks in, took it back to Zuma Jay and they got it fixed up and back in the sea within a couple weeks! Purchased a wetsuit this weekend the lady that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was fantastic and when we paid we were given the wetsuit in a really lovely tote bag and we were given and amazing recommendation about a place to get milkshake. Would highly recommend just for the customer service Really great service in this shop, needed new wetsuits for my sons and I and the guy gave us loads of help and advice. I recently bought a wetsuit from Zuma Jay, which, after use, developed a slight manufacturer defect. Without hesitation, Zuma Jay offered to replace the suit, even offering the (more expensive) top of the range model at the same price. The new suit was posted within 24 hours of receiving my request, and ZJ covered all postage costs. All in all, a great experience with excellent communication from Olly and the team.
