Public transport access is not optimal. Every time I go I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed! Sunday's are extremely crowded so it is not so relaxing when there are hundreds of people talking. For foreigners, beware there are rules regarding swimsuits. They also sell at the spa in case your swimsuit is not allowed. The space is really "compliant" with what it says but no more. Front desk, just here to cash and not smiling, nor welcoming. No bar inside, just vending machines close to front desk. Went for a back at the Spa ( €40 for 20mns) first, very welcoming , helpful and professional. Then bought a 2hrs pass to the balnéo. Hammam was out of action but worked, hot bubbly bath too. 2 outdoor 1 large indoor, bubbles and jets. Refreshments too in the rest room. Les piscines / et hammam sont très bien. Accueil sympathique. En revanche lors de mon passage un dimanche soir j'ai trouvé les douches et vestiaires assez sales. Beaucoup de cheveux, et de traces au sol. Et j'ai eu du mal de trouver un vestiaire propre. Very disappointing overall… The first type of this place at Toulouse <3 but... 2 tiny dry sauna, 2 tiny vapeur sauna. And some chilling pools. Big space but with unused potential. I didn't find it also enough clean (and i dont mean floors, but equipment and dpace renovation, wood inside of etc). Nudity not allowed, so people are sauning within artifical swimming suits... no masters, no true culture meaning within customers for sauning (human sweat all over the place instead of towels, sweaty body touching common spaces, plastic bottles inside of etc). I am also pretty sure that the couples who were in the outside were behaving very inappropriately, if you know what I mean. I will not be going back. Super massage, déconnections totale!!! I thought mine was good enough but was stopped in the pool area and had to buy swimwear for 15 euros. The information pictures and text was not that clear in the reception about this. I would like a zone in the pool area where you can buy and drink warm and cold non-alcoholic beverages like Coffee, Juice, Coke. That would earn this place a higher grade. Also, I wish the city had better direct access to this place by public transport. It takes time having to change bus/subway and wait for the connection. I appreciate the strictness of this place. I don't want a noisy unhygienic, municipal pool with anoying illbehaved people. This place is not like that. Au top. californien très relaxant.
