They have a moderate seating capacity and are friendly. On our recent encounter all the food for every customer took a very long time. Everyone was waiting 40 minutes, we made the mistake of ordering 1 waffle basket and that also took a 30 minutes. Not sure if the staff or management have changed but its a lot slower. Even the just eat drivers were waiting a 30-40 minutes Great value food that's freshly cooked to order. Can be loud when it's full of people. Tables are clean. Delicious pancakes and waffles, generous portions and value! Thanks The service was quick the Canadian crepes were really even if i dont particularly enjoy eating apple it was the caramel and walnuts that tempted me to buy it 😅😅 Sooo delicious! Nice location, easy to find, friendly staff, reasonable price. The only thing is the strong smell of cooking and fried food. Always love coming to the Pancake House! They have a great selection, tons of food options and it's always a nice atmosphere inside. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, I really love that they have vegan pancakes/waffles along with many other vegan options that are super tasty. Dropped in for a bite and a latte - the food was amazing, the coffee even better, and the staff (Keeley & Taisha ) were so lovely, helpful, and all smiles. If I end up with a coffee addiction, this is the place I’ll happily blame 😉 Food was but the service was incredible. Even when packed the single waiter was calm, polite and professional. I'll happily go to eat there again and definitely bringing my little ones back as they loved it WAFFLEY 😊 Absolutely delicious, milkshakes are super! We both left with a wide smiles! We ordered breakfast from here, the pancakes looked undercooked and had zero taste the eggs where disgusting, the toast, hash browns and sausage were all cold, looked and tasted disgusting not even the dog would eat it. Everything smelt of grease which was off putting. The whole order cost 20 odd quid which was a waste of money. This is the 1st and last time I order from here. Amazing food! Second time coming and it is still so good. Planning on returning for a third time. Mochas there are super nice too even the orange juice that my partner got. We had to leave very quickly as we forgot something on charge at home and we didn’t want to come home to a blown up house 😂 Will absolutely come back!!! I have ordered Greek Salad several times and out of those I have not always received all ingredients in the salad. I have been missing feta cheese on quite a few occasions. Normally I have it as takeaway and I do not always get the chance to check it. You expect to get feta cheese in a Greek salad and not only a few veggies with some herbs oil. Food and drink was delicious. Staff kind and make nice looking and tasty stuffs. Definitely coming back in the future! Ordered some pancakes with bacon scrambled egg and streaky bacon, arrived with fried egg, when challenged the incorrect part of order told id have to pay for my order to be corrected as it’s already made. Asked for a refund. Terrible customer service I ordered from here and the food come disgusting it wasn’t even edible I wouldn’t give it to my dog. The beans was freezing, the sausage was freezing and soggy n looked undercooked, the bacon was freezing and hard, the avacado was soggy and tangy had an off taste to it, the mushrooms was freezing and so dry and rubbery, the toast was freezing and soggy. I couldnt even finish it was thr worst thing I have ever ordered. Spent nearly £20 for something I wouldn’t even give a wild animal.
