I highly recommend trying the fresh mountain cheese they serve daily it was a highlight! Walking from Sauris di Sotto takes about 45 minutes, you can also get in the car if you want. The place is lovely and looks out over the mountains, if you find a beautiful day the scenery is wonderful. Miro, the companion and their son are real, gentle and caring people. You eat very well, malga cheese, talking, first courses, polenta and mushrooms. I recommend it as the first day of walks, you arrive early, you make a breath Po and you spend a little eating wel.
