Email support unresponsive, phone calls took several attempts. Still no clear timeline of when my will be shipped. Very disappointing. Would not from them again. I ordered a Trek mountain and it safely and the packaging was excellent, was a bit delayed due to the German reunification day but the delivery person at the scheduled timeslot. The itself was already setup. I only had to put on the pedals and tighten the handlebar. Great and big help during the process. Great prices, would definitely buy again! The team at Liquid Life were excellent in helping me manage my reservation and then in getting my shipped when I'd completed payment. Payment took a few to be recognised by accounting (Thursday to Monday evening), but was processed Tuesday morning, and the on Wednesday afternoon... just 4 business (and a few chat sessions) from payment to delivery. Unfortunately the dropper post switch failed after two activations. Again the Liquid Life team have been excellent in encouraging me to submit a warranty claim - I don't know what they can do remotely to resolve this issue. My was never delivered — both parcels were returned to the sender and confirmed as received by the store. Yet, their website still shows "delivered successfully." I contacted support multiple times (July 10 and 16, Ticket ID: 364318) — no reply. No refund. No resolution. Just silence. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping here. First, the bad: delivery times are not realistic. They said 4 - 8 days, but it was more like 3 weeks. And it's very. very, VERY difficult to talk to them, as emails and WhatsApp are not replied and their phone will rarely answer (you'll get dropped most times). I got quite annoyed with that, till the and then... all good! The very well packed and protected, possibly the best packing I've seen in many years buying bikes online. The price was also great, considering the discounts and free helmet included. And even thou it was difficult to reach them, their support staff via phone was super friendly and helpful, I managed to make some changes to the with no trouble whatsoever. So if you are not in a hurry, I think this is a great online store. i wanted to buy a Trek Procaliber 9.5. the form didn't allow to send it to Greece. So i ordered it to send to a friend in Germany. at the same time i sent an email and asked to send the to me in Greece. this and several following emails wer not even answered. two after ordering the amount was booked from my bank account (taking money is the only activity working in time) - but ten later the was not even shipped. i cancelled my order. just after cancelling my i received a message that the was shipped. this message was a lie, the tracking number didn't work - it worked two later. the was shipped to the wrong (german) address. now my friend himself wanted to send the to Greece, but the size of the parcel (200 xm x 125 cm x 25 cm)!!!! didn't allow any standard or even oversized courier service. you need a special for it - costs about 500 Euro. so i had no other choice but to cancel the order. i filled in the return form and sent it to Liquid Life - as usual no answer. i sent a reminder. now they told me that only the "real customer" can cancel the order. i checked for hidden cameras (not the first time). i ordered the bike, i paid the bike, all communication was between me and Liquid-Life - so who else but me can be the real customer? now i'm waiting that they pick up the and refund the money. of course legal steps are not excluded. don"t buy anything in this "company" with the worst i've ever experienced in my life. safely no issues but customer communication is so slow, if everythings goes fine it's okay place to but in case of a problem, hard to communicate with them. Received what I purchased and everything was fine, the was a little slow but other than that it was a good experience👍 Slow but excellent support via email. The was damaged upon arrival so I contacted their support and they responded very quickly. They fully reimbursed the repair costs. I just wish the good experience was more consistent; their live chat and WhatsApp are basically useless, no one ever responds to them. I would also like to see a more reputable company be used. to Finland costs 130€, took 3 weeks and the was damaged. Many other stores offer cheaper or even free with DHL. Worst experience I've had online in 30 years of online shopping. This store took my money a month ago and I still don't have the I ordered. They don't answer phone, email, text, or even their Instagram profile. Their website clearly says 4-8 delivery but I'm going on more than one month now. If you need a bike, maybe look elsewhere.
