Especially for the entrées and the dessert, but in general the flavours were really well thought through, and herbs were used brilliantly to bring out lovely subtleties. I was treated to my meal so can’t comment on the pricing side… the vegan menu was fixed, they just asked if I had any strong dislikes. Ce fut un plaisir dégustatif, de découvertes culinaires et de surprises locales avec une grande signature ardéchoise. J’ai pensé à mon père, disparu aujourd’hui qui m’a bercé toute sa vie de la fierté d’être ardéchois. J’ai retrouvé dans vos plats cette fierté et cette originalité de ce coin de terre.
