After trying on lots of stunning dresses (they were all so gorgeous), the one I ended up choosing was actually suggested by the consultant — not one I picked myself, and it turned out to be the one! When I went back to buy it at the Portishead store, the service was just as lovely. And when I collected it, they even gave me a beautiful bunch of flowers — such a sweet touch. I had my first with Nikki at the Portishead store and I was definitely a little nervous and overwhelmed! Especially hearing some horror stories from friends who have had awful experiences at other boutiques. TWC and Nikki was amazing, we had such a fun and she managed to get me in so many different styles to give me a good idea of what I wanted. She made me feel so at ease and excited, and never put any pressure on me at all. She also showed me different ways I could alter the dresses to be perfect for what I wanted. I found the I thought was 'the one' but I didn't want to rush the decision and wanted to sleep on it. Nikki was and booked me in for a follow up. Between that and the scheduled one, I also went to the Outlet store in Bristol to see if anything else caught my eye and the lovely Grace helped me out. She was also amazing! I was then stuck between the two dresses and they really went above and beyond to get that second to my follow up so I could easily compare them to make my decision. My follow up was again with Nikki and I honestly can't fault the at all. It's really a wonderful team at White Collection and I'm so grateful! From the moment I booked my to the incredible moment I found THE dress, The White Collection exceeded all expectations. My at the Bristol store with Michelle and Nikki was truly magical. I had no idea what to expect and I also had no idea what I was looking for but from the very start of my to the end it was amazing. Sam and Nikki made the whole unforgettable. Before the I had a couple of calls with them which made me feel more at ease before attending. On the day we were greeted by both Sam and Nikki they explained everything so well as to how it all worked and they made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived.
