You need to reserve your sunbeds, but this information isn't communicated upfront. This led to a disappointing experience where we had to lie at another deck because the sunbeds were already reserved, even by non-resident guests. This lack of transparency and prioritization of non-resident guests over patrons left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay. The music at the is soo loud, not relaxing. Overall, while Bianca has its charms, the logistical challenges and poor communication about amenities make it difficult to without a car.
