I only fell in twice....not as cold as I'd imagined. I managed to stand up for most of the session. I wore swimwear with swim shorts and a vest on top and swim shoes. It was fun. I loved it. Nice group too. I may well be buying a board....and bits. Thank you for offering such a session. We attended an evening paddle boarding session as a group of 4 and had the BEST time! It was a 2 hour session, really reasonably priced and our instructor Aaron and a volunteer Rose, were just fantastic! They taught us everything we needed to know from getting onto the board (harder than you think) to how to steer, how to get back on of you fall in, how to stand up from kneeling (again, harder than you think!) and guided us up and down the river. We were 2 adults and 2 teens and Aaron was with both the girls with the perfect amount of help and humor! He got them standing up when they were really nervous about falling in and by the end, they were so much more confident. The facilities were great, equipment all provided, it’s a beautiful part of the river and we enjoyed it so much! Huge thanks to Aaron & Rose who were brilliant company and teachers! We will hopefully return again soon! Came here for a team building day, doing climbing, kayaking and stand-up paddle-boarding. Good fun despite the poor weather. Special mention to the member of staff, Jordan, assigned to our group. He was - genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and inclusive. guy. I had to write this review to acknowledge that :) I normally go her for summer holidays but i went with my sea cadets and the mega sup was very nice The place is amazing and the staff but the paddle boring staff were horrible and rude I'm about to go there for my y6 residencecil trip but 230 for 3 nights cost way to munch money but I do like that's it's going to have a cinema room so that's holding it back Attended a paddle boarding class and had the best time. Absolutely amazing experience with Katie and Rose. Highly recommend to anyone 😊!!
