Group of 9 did the Sacrifice challenge on a Saturday afternoon and a excellent time was had by all. The location is fairly remote and the facilities basic, but don't be too quick to judge. We were welcomed and briefed by Sam who was very friendly and helpful but very good at not giving anything away! We split into two teams and completed the challenge against eachother, you can see/hear each others progress at times so it was great for competitiveness and the itself was brilliantly thought out. We all came away impressed and wanting to do another one! An excellent group activity! PRO’s *Value for money. *Some interesting twists and puzzles to resolve *Staff who greeted and looked after us was patient and helpful. CONS *Toilets are horrid. *It is in the middle of nowhere. You wouldn’t go after 4pm! * The inside a hut on the side of a dirt track and isn’t much to look at. The inside is basic too. But the group had fun. I've done all the rooms here now, and they've all been great fun. They are quite challenging, especially for two people. It's a great way to spend an hour on a weekend. They are a little pricey if your party size is small - but I have found this with every i've been to. In my opinion, it's worth the price if you like puzzles and want a challenge. The itself was good, although the sheer volume of padlocks made it overly complex and regularly receiving clues lessened the experience of solving the room. Signposting to the site is adequate, but once on the site there is little to no external lighting and staff were slow to greet attendees. Arriving in the evening, when dark, our group didn't feel particularly welcome or safe initially and this definitely soured the experience. I would suggest that the owners invest in exterior lighting and that if staff members are aware that groups should be arriving they go outside to greet and reassure. Visited with my parents and 13 year old son and we were really happy with the experience. The location is very isolated which added to the fun. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, we called last minute and they managed to fit us in the evening which was great as we weren't in Brentwood area long. The we chose was one of the harder ones, it was hard for us but we were helped when needed. Would like to visit in the daytime next time so we can visit the secret bunker there and the cafe too. Was a really great experience for us and would recommend. Thank you! (I would add a photo but my son would not be happy with me) A very entertaining way to spend a hour! Great fun, a wide variety puzzles and very well paced. We went with our two boys 8 and 10 who really enjoyed it and we're able to get involved solving clues. The game puzzles are excellent. The rooms are not claustrophobic and the staff do give clues if you need them but don't throw them around so you aren't doing any of the work. Highly recommended we had a lot of fun and want to go back to do the other room. We had an absolutely fantastic time at Clue HQ Brentwood today. We arrived as a small group of 4; 2 of which were teenagers. It was a brilliant experience, and we all loved every second of it... We were lucky to our with just 1 minute and 34 seconds to spare!!
