I had spent weeks looking for a decent pair of roller skates for my daughter and was in need of professional advice. It's so hard to find someone who really knows about skates these days, shops are very few and far between. I was delighted to have found Scoot and Skates. They had exactly what I was looking for and they really knew their products. The was perfect and I have a very 10 year old with a quality pair of roller skates. Highly Scoot and Skates (I purchased the Rookie Bubble Gum Quads) Outstanding at Scoot & Skates, Billericay! The was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect christmas present for my son. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to find a local business that clearly cares so much about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to Scoot & Skates to anyone – I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks you. I ordered from Scoot and Skates today through Amazon. The wrong colour was ordered by mistake. I made contact with them through Amazon service. Then I received a call from Mike. Mike was so helpful. The wrong item was returned and the correct one was ordered. Mike arranged for the item to be delivered the next day. Great service. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks again Mike ☺️ Been into Scoot and Skates this morning… Mick, Sam and Luke were so so helpful. They took the time to talk me through the choices of for my son. Told me about skate parks to visit around Essex and other events further afield to look at. What a gem of a shop… this won’t be my last visit. Can not enough!! Thank you so much guys… I have two very boys 😊 My son wanted to order a that was out of stock everywhere. He found one at Scoot & Skates. They were so helpful, I called to ask about delivery. The manager called me back, talked about the my son had chosen. And it was delivered by the weekend. So impressed with how good their was. And we have a teenager! Very good provided by these guys. Explained everything clearly, and even called to remind me the item was ready for collection. 5 stars, would highly recommend. I needed some help after my 11 year son attempted to order and assemble his own stunt scooter. Mick was really getting some parts swapped over and only charged a very reasonable price for his time and skills. Lovely friendly fella. Thank you. My daughter wanted a new for her birthday. Mick was very in helping her choose the right for her size. My son also wanted some new wheels for his and Mick he get some smaller bars (his was far too big for him) So Mick suggested cutting them to his size and he did a fantastic job and was ready to collect the following day. My son was super and says his Core was much better to ride. With two passionate loving kids… I would not go anywhere else now when they need new scooters / pads / helmets etc. Very and knowledgeable I would have to say that this is one of the best shops of the uk, the staff were really nice especially Sam who helped me build my own custom scooter. If you are looking for a place to build a custom I especially to go here! Amazing from everyone in store. Incredibly patient with my 13yo son who just couldn’t make up his mind. They are incredibly informative and honest, going out of their way to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need from a scooter. Will to everyone I know! Thank you so much for helping my son. Soooo helpful. Went in this morning with oversized handlebars to fit on forks. Tried all YouTube videos to try to sort it, sadly couldn’t. I am a novice parent when it comes to scooters and how they go together. My son wanted specific bars and a light deck. I researched and sort from an online company who offered poor advice. Christmas morning, most of the parts did not fit. I found Scoot and skate, a bit worried I would get more poor advice, drove an hour to see them. They were AMAZING. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. They will always be my go to place for scooters, parts and advice, worth the time and effort to get there. Thank you guys. Spoke with Mike Smith after being recommended by Revvi, he was super speedy and helpful, managed to get a Revvi secured and sent out same day all under ten minutes!! Absolutely outstanding service! Highly recommended this shop!!! Brilliant shop! Travelled half an hour to Scoot and Skates and won’t go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. My little boy loves scooting and is desperate for a new for Christmas. As a massive Jayden fan he is very specific about which bits he wants. As a complete novice we were lost and overwhelmed with what we needed. We contacted scoot and skates for help. They have been amazing! They were so patient and understanding and helped us measure and choose the right parts. They then built up examples and sent pictures and guided us what would be best for him. They were really responsive and can’t thank them enough. Delivery was fast and can’t them enough, we live in sheffield and it felt like they were just down the road, no ask was to much. Sam was so friendly and knowledgeable with his recommendations. Came out with a great at a good price as well as a son and went straight down to the local skate park, which I wasn't aware of before. Wish I had known about the earlier...will definitely go back for anything else needed related 🙂 I wanted to say a massive thank you to Scoot n Skate for shipping the Core CL1 ordered. Another business had let me down unfortunately after placing the order a few days later they advised that it was actually out of stock. My lad's birthday is also on Christmas Day and this was his birthday present so being able to find a where I could talk to a human being, who was not only incredibly and friendly but did exactly what was needed, very quickly AND with free postage!
