The abundance of seating areas allows for comfortable supervision, and the restaurant is great, offering a variety of food and drink options at amazing prices. It’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable rates. They also offer free lockers with key, as you come into the area, to store your stuff safely. Our two-hour session flew by in a blink, filled with laughter and excitement, a delightful experience. In summary, Jump Bristol offers a safe, exciting, and budget-friendly environment for family fun. It’s an excellent choice for a day out with kids, will certainly visit again. What an amazing few hours spent here with our grandsons. There are areas to suit all ages, from tots to teens, Let your burn off some steam in the play, on the bouncy castle, down the slides, rope swings, tunnels etc while you sit and sort of relax. We didn’t eat here, but we will next time. The food looks fantastic, hot meals are freshly cooked, and there is a selection of hot/cold choices, large servings and very reasonably priced. There is also a selection of cakes, crisps, fruit, ice cream etc. and a large variety of hot & cold drinks available. I also like the fact that they are happy for you to bring in your own drink & snacks. The sitting/dining is kept clean and tidy by the tirelessly hard working staff, who are literally non stop and yet always smiling. Apart from the noise of screaming and shouting with laughter & excitement, it was a relaxed time I would definitely recommend it. We love Jump, it's enormous & has really areas for all ages. I stuck with my 18 month old in the baby bit or sometimes the toddler bit, whilst my 5 year old either hangs out with us or runs off to on the bigger stuff. The staff have always been pleasant & the food is alright too - our favourite is a jacket potato with cheese! Simple, but delicious. The only downside to Jump is when it's full, as it gets a little too busy for our liking. But you can't blame them for packing everyone in when they can since softplays are very feast or famine. If you can go on a weekday or when it's nice outside you'll have plenty of space & a great time! If it's cold & wet outside & it's fully booked it might feel a little busy! My only issue is that sometimes parents leave the gates open inside the baby / toddler and allow older (5/6year olds) in the baby where they can be too heavy handed with the little ones. Must visit The / apparatus is safe and suitable for all ages as it's sectioned off for different age groups - little ones won't get trampled on ! It is a bit out of the way though . We've been a couple of times and while our little girl has fun, I'm really reluctant to go back. Toilets aren't kept clean during the weekend sessions which is a little annoying, but the main issue is the lack of supervision in the toddler area. Much older are just allowed through, even with staff 'on duty'. I've seen multiple with drinks on the play, throwing balls and equipment dangerously, and and adults either on the in their shoes or with no socks on at all. I know plays are never going to be super hygienic or clean but these feel like things jump could be dealing with.
