The facilities were great with lots of options for tables, a well stocked bar and lots of snacks. The staff were friendly, and even though we weren't members, were very welcoming. If you're going to charge 2014 prices you better provide 2014 facilities! Very poor experience. Takes no note of paying customer. Rude to me and told me to get rid of my ‘attitude’. My family member and friends have had similar bad customer service of the same person who claims to be the owner. No manners. Having worked in customer service myself and can say this is not how you treat them. Some bubbly staff and welcoming staff would easily make this a better place.
