We booked a Moonbike Tour in the evening and what shall I say: We loved it. Jean Michel and his friend Oliver were great guides and we loved the adventure. Just be aware riding the bikes is comparable to Dirt Bikes so a little strength and no fear is needed to enjoy this activity. Definitely worth the money if you are in action sports. He spent time explaining everything and making sure they were well fitted. I was invited to return at any point for adjustments or advice. At no point did I feel rushed or that I couldn't keep asking questions. We were so impressed with the and service, my son went back to get his board serviced which was also excellent. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you. A screw came lose on my snowboard bindings, so I searched for a place that was able to help me. After another that did not have any spare parts, I went to this shop. Was helped by very nice and skilled staff and they had boxes full of spare parts/screws. C’est aussi l’endroit idéal prendre un verre ou le goûter, Nathalie et toute son équipe sont aux petits soins c’est vraiment très agréable de les retrouver chaque année, merci beaucoup tout ☺️😃 et à l’année prochaine! Really helpful staff, good English, helped me realise my snowboard boots were far too big. Also let the wife test drive a few different sets of skis for a single weekly rental price. Fantastic ski shop. I just went in with a broken binding. They fixed it in 2 minutes. No fuss and no charge. Unbelievable service! Strong recommend. The world needs more shops like these and more importantly customer like I received. From the moment I walked in with questions about ski boots (and there were many) I felt really looked after. I was offered several pairs of boots until I finally found the best fit for me. After skiing for the day I returned to have an overnight adjustment to the left shell and the fit was perfect, so good in fact on my next outing it highlighted the right foot could also be made even better. I popped back in again and they adjusted the boot while I had a pint in their onsite bar and cafe.
