We booked canyoning and it was fantastic, easy booking, brilliant follow up emails, warm welcome and an outstanding guide Jerome. We loved every second of it and so professional. 👍 Plenty of parcours laid out on a limited area. Fun long ziplines. Parcours can be challenging and painfull for people above average French lengths.... Person at the reception was not professional and not polite. We were asked to wait and were offered a free coffee. We never received this. 3 times the administration was wrong (wrong name, wrong email). We had to go back to the reception to verify. Also the reception is not covid save (employer is not using a mask and is not behind a protective screen). Visitors are not asked to use a mask and save distance is not the case. I had to point this out but this feedback was cleary not appreciated. Cleary the reception is also understaffed. We had a fantastic canyoning experience with very professional guides. From the 12 canyons we choose: le rio sourd, Le Beton and le Claps which all three were very varied; a lot of rappelling , jumping and sliding. The adventure park was also very professional with various parcours. If you stay near DIE this park is a must !
