This is a great place for to have fun and burn off energy. The booking process is easy online and a simple arrival process where you are given a wristband and then called when it's your hour slot. Plenty of trampolines as well as a large soft play. I'm glad numbers are controlled so it doesn't get too busy Great fun for of all ages Took our 3 year old and his 2 friend and they all had a great time, trampoline and soft play! It was a fun time. Food was good too Great fun for the little ones. They have an eating where you can watch them on the trampolines on TV, an inside canteen with arcades, another for 3 and under, a party dedicated for special occasions. Excellent value for money. Disabled dedicated parking and entrance available. Went on an eveing as more quieter for the sen and they loved it Taken the here many times, including several parties. love the trampolines and the new areas more recently installed. The place could be cleaner, the toilets aren’t always the cleanest and sometimes it can take a while for the to clear tables. Contrary to many of the other reviews we have never had any issues with the staff…. yes they are generally younger but they have always been friendly and polite. In my opinion it is quite expensive for 1 hour of for the kids, other places fairly local offer more for a similar price, or cheaper for the same amount of time. They ruined it :( had a great here, especially the interactive game. The teenager was happy to be able to climb into the soft with his siblings. Coffee and snacks were lovely, but we were really impressed by the young who greeted us and served us at the cafe. Funny, friendly, helpful and polite. I hope their Xmas bonus reflects what an asset they are to the business! always enjoy it ! However, minimal parking available and Google Maps are your best bet of finding the place unless you've been previously. Overall, a good for the kids. Booked toddler 1 hour morning session for under 5s. After 30 minutes loads of older were let in so my young toddler wasn’t able to roam about how he was without getting knocked over. Really enjoyed the first 30 minutes with the younger ones but the toddler session was miss sold. Would have been 5 stars if the toddler session was 1 hour as stated. Good bits - The are efficient and friendly. enjoyed it. Bad bits - there aren’t enough staff. It’s dirty and many aspects are need of an overhaul, including some of the trampolines which aren’t springy enough. The boys toilets smell very bad. Discarded rubbish is commonplace throughout . Smokers shelter in the just outside the doors so there is a smell of smoke on the jumps closest. On the whole the place is too busy for the size, larger jump right next to toddlers and there was one member of doing her best to supervise the entire area. It’s too easy for to walk straight in with no safety brief - which shows. Overall a good facility which seems to be let down by lack of attention to detail and a paucity of staff. It was our first here and we were amazed! The member of who was on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is a dream, absolutely massive and so much for them to do! Can't wait to go back and will book myself in for a bounce too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I accidentally booked the wrong date for our visit to Air Halifax, but two lovely ladies came to the rescue! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get everything sorted and rebooked for us. So polite, professional, and genuinely kind — it really made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition! Can’t wait to visit now, thank you so much! This place is dirty. It has so much potential as it’s clearly had a lot of money invested into it, but the seem very disinterested in cleaning the place. Considering it sells food and drink, the lack of hygiene is clear and obvious. standing around during gaps in service rather than wipe tables and hoover the floor. Trodden in food, very clear and present and yet just walking passed without any care. Disgusting. The only reason for 2x stars is because the quality of the trampoline areas. Fun as always, not just trampolining, the big night child pen, football court, basketball hoops, foam pit and high jump make it's so are never ready to leave! Thankyou to to Bryan for making our first such a great experience, he welcomed us as we came onto the trampolines and apologised thoroughly for a mix up over the phone (which he didn’t need to do at all!) - was very friendly and a credit to the team! Over the phone he provided detailed info on what to expect for our first session so we could get the best out of it :) always loved the place. But toilets are a mess. Online it says the kitchen is as times as the place is open. I've just gone to order food and been told they stop serving at 6pm. This is not displayed absolutely anywhere. The were expecting food from here as we always do. I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Airtime. After having my son's party there nearly every year, I won’t be returning at all. The place was absolutely filthy — the floors were sticky and dirty, and the baby was shocking. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was visible grime and dirt in multiple areas. It honestly felt unhygienic and poorly maintained, which is really concerning considering how many are running around. For a venue that hosts so many birthday parties, you'd expect cleanliness to be a basic priority — but clearly, it isn’t. I didn’t see any actively cleaning, there was rubbish everywhere, dirty tables that hadn’t been wiped, and the bathrooms were smelly and disgusting. Doors were filthy looked like they've not been wiped in weeks. Just absolutely dirty! Airtime used to be fun, but unless they seriously improve their hygiene and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the price or the risk of catching a virus.
