We went for archery, which was good. 30 mins ismore than enough. Wanted to do bird show, but due to staff shortage no on. Asked for 'hop on' which would've let kids hold and learn about them, but couldnt wait any longer. Watched a previous class, and seemed really interesting and detailed knowledge. Definitely worth doing. Kids will love it! A wonderful place and a gorgeous setting. We did half and hour of and then watched the bird of show. With a stop at the cafe in-between. Both activities were excellent and well run. The was very safely run but relaxed. The bird of was so interesting and the were beautiful very engaging. The cafe was well appointed and had a great selection of Joe's ice cream. A beautiful, well-kept site with stunning views, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Four teenagers enjoyed the and target shooting. 100% recommend What a great time. We did an hour's and then the bird show. The was very professionally instructed with better equipment than most places. The bird was also excellent and hands on with 5 different of and a very knowledgeable handler, with flying indoors and outdoors. Also way cheaper than I expected. Beautiful scenery for camping and glamping also with of falcon flying fantastic shooting We've stayed at many caravan CL sites over the years but none surpass the views we had from our caravan of the beautiful Oxwich Bay. It is a stunning location and central to many attractions and beaches. Great value too at £28 for a fully serviced pitch! Brian welcomed us and assisted us onto our hardstanding pitch. We had a double axle, 8 feet wide caravan which we were able to back up the ramp onto the pitch before final adjustments with the motor movers. Some of the gravel was a bit soft for the jockey wheel but did not prevent us manouvering. We didn't participate in the or watch the of but could see others taking part. We have stayed down the road at the Nicholaston site three years ago but that was more expensive and a tough walk over the dunes to the beach. This site is just a 1.9 mile drive to easy parking at the front of the beach. We didn't use the toilets or showers on site; we like to be self-sufficient and therefore not pay for facilities we don't use. Highly recommended and Brian and his team are very helpful and welcoming. We will be returning with friends soon! My 8 year old had a great time doing archery, the staff were really helpful and by her second round she was doing it by herself. Lots of rules in place to make sure everyone is safe. The view is absolutely stunning!!! A beautiful and incredible place run by wonderful people! Loved every second of the archery, I definitely wasn't competitive and came back for a rematch... the shooting was equally as fun, along with the of experience, if you come you have to do it all!
