Nice restaurant with pro-customer attitude. We have arrived unexpectadly before lunch time, when the food was in preparation only, and personnel was very nice - prepared 4 lunch portions quickly for us, when needed it fast, due to children. Mixed feelings. The quality of the service in the restaurant changes day to day. And it also depends on how busy day are. We stayed for 3 nights and on the 3rd day waited for 25 minutes without even being given a menu - even though I went to ask them after 15 minutes to come and take our order. So we left without being served. The showers and toilets were missing locks (or most of them were). Location is very nice with views of the mountains. Certainly leaves much to be desired. Friendly staff, great location, fair prices, a lot of places for tent to choose from, great beear and welcoming athmosphere :) I hope to get back there soon, to explore more from the Súľov rocks and also from the biking trails in this region! 1 star for lady at the reception that didn't told us, when we paid for our stay, that she is out of coins for showers, so we couldn't shower after long day in the car in summer. Will never come again as this is very poor behaviour. (We stayed at the camping part od penzion) Stopped by for some coffee. Pretty good. No soap or shower gel, fortunately we had our own soap and also our own bigger towels. Room was really big, the food was really good and tasty. The printed menu differs from the real offer (at least draught and bottled beer were different) but generally pretty good service. They close too soon, so we ended on evenings drinking beer in another restaurant in the village. smelly bathrooms, like they could not air ventilate it. they had in the pension all over the place parfum sticks to cover it. Top roof rooms, un-habitable due to low roof. I was banging my head constantly. Lower pressure in the shower. Fake lights on the tables , there were notbenough power sockets to power them. Also no hangers to hang towels or wet clothes. pension did not provide soup in the bathroomms. People from camp or villge were screaming during the night. I had to close the windows. Location very good, nature nice. Room service 0 . Food quality very average , nothing special. Today we have received the toy,my daughter forgot in this beautiful place. They searched for it,found it and ship it,just like that out of the good heart🥰! Thank you so much,she is so happy! The stay was pleasant as well!
