Went there for our darts presentation the food was good and the were really friendly Good venue. Lovely to have a and the landlady is person. Beer and food was brilliant Great night out for leaving in function room, disco was the best! Bar very friendly and efficient, drinks very reasonably priced. Lovely seating area outside for watching the cricket in beautiful surroundings. One of the best grounds in the North East Invited to a birthday party, food was of a high standard that was provided. Lovely too. As anyone knows who has lost someone close, planning their funeral is one of the hardest things to do. Sharon made what was a really difficult experience that little bit lighter.The was decorated lovely with fresh flowers and the food was Nothing was too much with Sharon even bringing mam an unprompted cup of tea. We had our 4th attempt wedding reception at the club on Saturday and couldn't have had a better day!! From the detail in the individualised decor to the care taken regarding my sons seafood allergy, Sharon goes above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect!! A huge thank you to Sharon and the team for giving us the best memories xx After having an absolute faff on with Blaydon rugby club and being let down after booking my there I was left with the massive task of finding a new place to hold my with a month till it was meant to be, or I thought it would be a massive task until I found Sharon. I can not put into words how this woman went above and beyond for me to ensure that I was going to have the most night and for someone who is very easily stressed by these situations, there wasn’t a thing that Sharon did not do. Not only did the look absolutely stunning but she also catered it to everything that I had asked and ensured she had every detail to make sure it was perfect, she also had contacts for absolutely everything including an caterer, an cake maker (my cake looked bloody gorgeous and tasted unreal), people who could do makeup and hair as I was faced with having to change all my dates as I had to change the date of my party, just absolutely everything!!
