Excellent for grandkids to run off some steam. very pleasant and helpful, book in advance by phone recommended. day out love it while adult have tea and cake, etc Great place to go with your little one, the is a decent size and ideal for my 3 year old to go around herself. The food is lovely and the are really nice. The place is clean and well maintained Booked for a 4 year old's birthday party. take care of virtually everything so it's a really easy way to get an enjoyable party for a large group. Lots of stuff for the of all different ages to do. Food is a little beige but the enjoyed it! Great with areas for babies and toddlers. Food options are good. Not the healthiest - chips, pizza, nuggets etc. Staff are nice. Good value for money. Need to book at busy times but can also drop in through the week Great with areas suitable from 1 year up. Very safe and self contained, can let older roam and have full visibility from your table. selection of food and drink, reasonably priced. friendly and helpful. We've also been here for parties in the past which were also great. Can get a bit wild with older if you come to the last session of the day with a younger child. We visited on a weekday at 9:45am and it was fairly quiet. The venue was tidy and were welcoming. There was a small car park to the side of the venue which was free to use. We were disappointed that the majority of the in the 'under 5s' didn't work as they required batteries. There were a lot of books to read, though I found some of these were tatty. There was also no supervision of the 'under 5s' area. Although this wasn't too bad given that the venue was fairly quiet when we visited, I can imagine this would be a bit of a nightmare on a busier day. I went to a birthday party here. really loved it. Coffee was delicious! Beautiful atmosphere! Highly recommend it My little ones love the here, but it's so cold inside. I ended up sitting with my big outside coat on, as did most of the other adults My toddler and 10 month old love it!, There is for babies to with and the has a variety to on, lovely and value for money :) Well priced, and decent food. Ask for your coffee to be extra hot or it'll come at a temperature you can neck it in one. Only downside is all the tables have a sticky feel to them. Book in advance or risk the wrathe of the little ones when turned around. Dissappointing. I advise that you eat before you go, or go over to the cafe behind in the garden centre afterwards. Took the grandkids today. My GD had egg sandwich and found a hair in it. We pointed it out to staff, who just said "eeww" and walked away. The cheesy chips are just chips with a slice of cheese (like you use on a burger) then put in microwave. That is not how you make cheesy chips. For the price they charge for food I would expect better. Plus the tables are dirty and have a sticky layer that my arms were sticking to. Won't be going there again. Great place for a wide range of ages. There's a small and a separate space full of that change regularly for littles ones as well as the big space. It's always clean and the are all super friendly especially Jayne. There are lots of options for food including for those with allergies. We go nearly every week and my son loves it. Place is filthy, tables are sticky! just sitting around doing nothing when they could be doing some cleaning at the very least Nice place and atmosphere lovely and respectful ! Very peaceful and quiet ! Highly recommend Great play, value, clean and the had a great time. were so kind and helpful. Fantastic venue. Jayne and the always go above and beyond to make visits special. It's my favourite softplay, with so many to with in addition to the main softplay. I'm personally in it for the cakes! The food at the cafe is delicious and have always been amazing catering to my eldest's allergies. I highly recommend a visit Could be so much better. The facilities are all there but it’s poorly ran, a bit neglected and cold. The multi-storey is fantastic. But the under 2’s is poor. Worn and neglected with older dominating the without supervision, the should be proactive about this as it means little ones can’t safely play. The toy zone is awful, not many and the ones that are there have no batteries or parts. For example the toy car racing slide has no cars that fit. Nothing works. It wouldn’t take much to make it really good. It’s also really cold in there. For £6.50 entry per child, it should be better invested in. It also needs a really clean including the toys. Lovely little play! Yes it’s cold, but it is a church…. The girls are very polite and always take time to talk to my granddaughter.
