This is our absolute favourite soft play! The place is always super clean - easily one of the cleanest we’ve ever been to. There’s plenty to do for children of all ages, and the food is really good too. The 1.5 hour slot is just the right amount of time for the kids to have fun and burn off some energy. We’ve been here 22 times already, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend! First visit today. Absolutely loved it. The kids had a blast (as did i) lots of variety of and I especially loved the air cannons and target practice. The cafe is great too. Exceptional value and great coffee (I'd nip in just for a takeaway cappuccino). We had a variety of food and everything was great. All the staff we engaged with were friendly and the place is very secure. We will be back regularly. Great place to take my grandson for an hour or so. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff keep it like that at all times. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is a problem for them. The equipment is in very good condition and I couldn't find any issues so it appears to be kept to a high standard. There is also food/snacks to be had we had a plate of chips and they came quickly with a smile 😁 We have visited Xcite on many occasions and have always had positive experiences, with excellent food and consistently good customer service. Unfortunately, today’s visit has changed my opinion. I arrived promptly at 10:00am and waited at the front desk to pay and enter. After several minutes with no staff member present, I rang the bell on the desk. A member of staff was seated near the entrance using a laptop, clearly aware of our presence, yet made no effort to acknowledge or assist us. I rang the bell a second and third time, still with no response. The office door was open, and it was evident she could both see and hear us. After approximately five minutes, I called through and was told someone would be out “in a minute,” to which I responded that I had already been waiting five. This level of service was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the standard we have previously experienced. Additionally, it took around ten minutes for the lights to be switched on, leaving our son playing in near darkness. I sincerely hope this is not indicative of a decline in the quality of service at Xcite. I have recommended this venue to many parents and had been considering hosting our son’s birthday party here. However, based on today’s experience, I will be making alternative arrangements, as I cannot risk this level of service on such an important occasion. Im guessing this place has changed hands. As its gone down hill . I always took both my children there and often had food there . I went there today and they refused entry. After I had baid . Because mae and my partner had a McDonald's drink (coffee) . Never bean a problem before. My children have often got food with them as its there favourite snack . Or something you can't get hear . So got a refund and went elsewhere. Thats petty and I will no longer spend money there . Stumbled across this place when somewhere else wasn't open. Was only £7.50 for my son and I which included a free tea/ coffee. Think it's a breakfast club on a Monday morning that runs from 10-12. My son had so much fun, there's actually quite a lot inside including a games room, sensory room and a construction room plus the soft itself. Could've easily spent more than 2 hours here and will definitely be back. We love this place! My kids always have so much fun here, and the food is delicious. Our 1st time here. If you're not familiar with the area its a little hard to find. Parking locally can be awkward as their car park is very small. I parked in the supermarket car park next door but its private operated and you only get 90 mins. The centre itself is clean and bright. Capacity is well operated as is security on the door. Lots of sensory for babies, toddler frame is one of the best I've seen and the main area is a fair size. Entry and food prices are very reasonable. Staff are friendly and on the ball. Highly recommended.
