Unexpected visit with lots of fun, cool play and laughter. Definitely coming back..🥳 I give 4 stars because the prices are too high. For an adult who sits down shouldn't pay so much. Also it could be a little cleaner. It was my second visiting Adventure Dome. Hoping things got better with our disasterous visit the first time...but nope...still same CHAOS CHAOS CHAOS. 1. Cashier/enterance Whether you made reservation or not, its a long queue to wait, one enterance to go in and out of the park(which is so chaotic as some kids wants to go in and some out) they installed another enterence on the other side to go in, but the whole enterance system doesn't seem so smoothly operated. 2.Locker I didn't even realize there was lockers...far far behind the park, which is just taking our to play and enjoy the park more. So many people just let the kids take shoes off at the restaurant area..so all the shoes are lying everywhere. 3. Staffs Not one staff seem to understand the full information of the park. Everyone is telling different stories about how to use the facilities, what is included in the ticket...etc. I have never wrote a review this long in my life. I will definately choose other indoor park next time. The whole concept seemed promising but hoping they will fix some things more customer-friendly. I would not recommend visiting this place. Although it is advertised as a fun playground for children, you will find that extra charges are required for various activities. - Some play equipment that used to be free now comes with additional fees, which can catch you off guard.- Wherever your child wants to play, you might end up paying again, so be prepared to double-check everything beforehand. On top of that, the staff here are far from welcoming. (Especially their manager) They behave in a way that feels unfriendly and dismissive toward customers, making the experience even more unpleasant. I don’t reccomend. Unbelievable prices, 8 chf for an adult just to enter and sit. Tables not cleared and dirty from previous customers even after 30 minutes. Very few game systems and some don't even work properly. Very great experience. We came here with our 2 sons. The Laser Tag was amazing. Amazing staff that are knowledgeable. Frustrating Experience at Adventure Dome at Westside. Our visits to Adventure Dome at Westside have been, to say the least, disappointing. The issue isn't with the attractions themselves, but with the chaotic system for letting people in. The lack of organization is a serious problem that turns what should be a fun day into a frustrating ordeal. Our first visit was on a weekend, and the wait was horrendous. The same cash register is used for both entry and exit, which slowed the process to a crawl. Staff seemed overwhelmed and, unfortunately, not very helpful or friendly. We hoped a weekday visit would be better, but it was even worse. On a rainy day, we arrived to find a huge line but no indication that reservations were needed. After standing in line for 45 minutes, we were told there was no space left inside. No apology or explanation, just a choice to wait another hour or come back another day. This was extremely frustrating, especially since there was no prior warning that this could happen. Once inside, the attractions are decent, but it's often overcrowded, and you can’t fully enjoy it with so many people packed in. If they could fix the entry system and improve communication, the experience would be much better. Until then, I can't recommend it, especially if you're hoping for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Kids loved it! 1 hour fun for adult and kids. We arrived with a group of 18 children. It was for a birthday. I didn't register for a birthday and just bought single tickets. But the women at the register was super nice, she added a birthday present for the birthday boy and was very flexible in letting us in and out as a group. The playground indoor is cool and nice ambiance but the prices and extra charge a bit too high Great atmosphere and service! Jeremy was really helpful and nice!
