Vipassana offers a changing experience which has strong scientific roots. I attended a 10 days course here amfor the first time. However, though often it can be tough to not talk, and to sit while meditating for hours in a day but trust me if you can go through it then it is all worth the effort. It is a big big investment you can do for your life. Also, the entire stay was for free because it purely runs on the donation of old students. It is truely a place to give and receive the knowledge selflessly. Such a safe space to come into your own. I spent 11 nights here, was looked after very well, warm in winter, wholesome food, beautiful learnings, teachings and support. I would come again and recommend for everyone to try. Just finished my third 10-day Vipassana here and I miss it already. Very well organized center with tranquil surroundings in the countryside. I came out feeling lighter calmer and wiser. I put 5 stars i wish I could put more. If the whole world had a chance to go studying dhamma once in a time… our world would be like a paradise. There are nice walking paths in the forest to relax a bit after long meditation sitting. It took me 6 years to find this moment of 10 days of my when I could do my first vipassana, but it was sooo worth it! A totally life-changing experience in the most positive way! And I am super happy I did it in the Dhamma Mahi center as the place is filled with peace and good energy. Very well organized, teachers and the staff were super kind (as I had some chronic health issues that got worse during vipassana, but they were very conciderate and tried to help me in every way). Beautiful nature for walks in between the meditations, and I loved to see how well they take care of it in order to preserve the and biodiversity there. Could not recommend it enough!!
