There's a lot I love here. Never a wait to check in. Very pleasant staff. temp is perfect for me. The locker rooms and showers are very and clean. I only wish the were a bit longer for swimming laps. It can get a bit loud with excited children having fun. Just know that in advance and you're sure to have a good time and work out. There are rules to be aware of before using the saunas and it's necessary to wear caps for swimming in the pools. You can buy them at check in. I have to edit my review. On the last two visits in August, the chlorine smell was strong. I am guessing it is related to the increased number of people using the pools. And I discovered when I asked about the chlorine smell of late that the in the warm is plain water. IT IS NOT MINERAL FROM THE SOURCE NEARBY. IT IS PLAIN OLD THAT HAS CHLORINE. It is, however, at a comfortable temp for me to swim. I will continue to go as I had purchased a package of 8 or 9 at a discounted rate. After that, I will look around. I also discovered the room with the jets, like a huge jacuzzi. Very relaxing. And I am still disappointed that it is not the mineral water. When I was discussing it with the woman at reception she said it says that on the website. I asked her to show me and translated into English it simply says there are two classic pools. Apparently this means the is not mineral rich. She also told me they could not heat the to the 36 degrees as it would destroy the benefits. I asked Chat GPT to confirm this and that was negative. I have been in many thermal that were rich in minerals...for example the thermal springs near Saturnia in Italy. I still enjoy going now that I have dealt with my disappointment and expectations not being met. People there are very nice, especially the physio therapists there. Not quite the peaceful retreat that the adverts sometimes suggest, these days the spa is full of families and energy rather than tranquility. That said, it still is a lot of fun. are clean and well maintained, and there area various temperatures to suit all tastes. Lots of different experiences, from jets to jacuzzis, and the view as the sun sets over the mountain is tremendous. Could do with a few more lockers, but definitely worth the price, especially if you get the after 5pm special discount. The two best are always closed on weekdays, which does not make sense. The outdoor pool (there is only one) is very tiny. Apart from those it’s a place. A very spa but needs more competent staff. The website has changed, the old one got simply turned off without any redirect, incredibly incompetent.. You need to bring your swimming cap otherwise a plastic shower cap is 50p. We got fooled with ticket prices, website says weekdays afternoon junior is 10 euros, adult 14, with wellness 21. Yet my 6 yr old was charged the adult price at 14 euros and the wellness ticket was charged at 28 not 21, unfortunately I only noticed at home.. Good facilities otherwise, and wellness with some mountain views from the outside pool. Great place with super facilities for both kids and parents! Went only to the gym. The gym is very well equipped and reasonably priced. There are changing rooms and lockers. Really place if you like being chased by male staff to inform you that you should be naked infront of a bunch if guys even if you don't feel comfortable. If a spa insists on you going to the sauna and steam room naked they should be segregated for the comfort and safety of women. Its also a great place if you enjoy relaxing on a reclining chair whilst looking out onto other buildings , such as a hairdressing salon, a church and tourists advice office. Very relaxing over all , and not at all creepy . Overall rather disappointed: - Small hydro massage space with a weird structure that makes you climb to reach the other parts - overall too crowded, not really relaxing - many kids, didn’t make me feel like in a spa - showers in the changing room were either cold or too hot - wooden coaches were very uncomfortable - old fashioned ribbons for prove of payment which you throw away in the end, very unsustainable - keys for the lockers, old fashioned. Easy to loose them - overall nothing special, just expect more from a spa - liked the sauna space!
