Serves home made style burgers fries and soft drinks, and is reasonably priced. Nice park with riverside walks and pontoons along the riverbank. Useful toilets in carpark. Great wee park for a nice stroll with the dogs and as it's well looked after there is little chance of stepping on a land mine.. I don't know what the enclosed section is for but it makes a great place for an off lead run for the dogs, good thinking whoever had that idea. The only thing missing was a coffee stop.. Great along the riverside in Coleraine with access to free public toilets during the daytime. There is an enclosed space along the for dog owners to let dogs off in a safe space. One thing that is missing here that would be lovely in the summer are some picnic benches. A really pleasant River walk, along the banks of the River Bann. Walking from there to Castleroe is very relaxing with good solid paths. Nice grassy area with pathway along the river bank and different trees giving shade In the middle of the town, a place to relax. Watch the children playing on the swings,the swans on the brook. The summer has arrived Coleraine make the most of it. Rat infested river you will see other wildlife but rats are always found near the subway and not just the animals. Also be careful of anglers especially around the New bridge Hot waters the Ford and two posts. Lovely riverside & all flat grounds. Wildlife on the river and all around. Coffee shop/Cafes at either end.Toilets & parking (Inc disabled) at halfway/start point Its a place for mental relaxation.
