For a couple of hundred quid you could enrich the experience, but it's like it was made in the 80s and never changed... And yet it's still £2 for about 90 seconds of... well ... nothing really! Just wallpaper and some pound shop decorations. Great place to feed your money into machines galore and who doesn't love to do that. The essence of Barry's is still there and there is enough of everything to keep everyone happy and the atmosphere is happy and carefree. So good to see this place open again it was very busy. My daughter and her friend went on all the rides they absolutely loved it. If you buy 20 tickets for £20 you get 5 free. Each ride is different so some are 3 tickets some are 2, it just depends what you like. There was a few places to for the kids great day for all. Classic beachfront amusements. Rides and slot machines. Kids loved it! Myself and My daughter brought the grandkids here and they loved it, especially splash mountain, my daughter ended up with a wet bum and I ended up drenched lol . The bumper cars were the best. Ghost train could do with much more added to it, not one scare did our 4 year old have never mind the 8 year old. A great few hours and brought back a lot of memories for me. Brilliant staff here Their care of young visitors was really thoughtful and lovely to see The nicest young people I have seen in a long time, anywhere! Especially the young man who was covering the junior dodgem cars about 1:30 /2pm today. His care and gentleness towards a child with extra needs, ensuring he had a good time was really heartwarming. Lots of fun today! Great time! The rides were fantastic. We got a few fun personalised magnets for the fridge! The ice-cream was great! And we won a few Barbie mugs for our kitchen! Overall great day out! 👍😃🥳 Saw a guy win 500+ tickets on a ball throwing game. Unreal effort, and really good to watch. Would definitely go back.
