Only my 2 or 3rd visit over 6-7 years of being in the area, but this is one of my faves, fantastic smiley kind service, lovely food and great prices. I will be visiting more often. Was really surprised how nice the food was at this lil stop off. My son had travel sickness and had threw up in my handbag in the about 4 minutes before we got there. Only stopped to let him get some fresh air, but when he smelled the sandwiches cooking , he felt better and asked for some lunch. Hubby had a sausage and egg butty, which he said was like the good old days at the butty vans. It's not the cleanest place, though.. lots of flies put me off ordering 🤔 Very good breakfast with extra mushrooms and black pudding with a cup of tea £11.40 well worth it. 2 chatty ladies the place is spotless I would highly recommend this place as a pit stop if travelling into New Quay. Tuna melt banging 😋 the cheese burger with the additional egg ! Omg if you want a cheese pull on the burger then you will get it... all for £12 .. the only product I will not recommend is the coffee. If you are passing would highly recommend a visit. I was delivering a container in the area and passed it on the way. Luckily there was a spot for my truck on the way back. I ordered a sandwich but when I looked at the other patrons breakfast, I quickly upgraded. Simply the best breakfast I’ve EVER had. And lovely view of the river. Hope I get chance to pass there soon. Well worth a detour. Great tasty food & drink at very reasonable prices. Very busy, which is a good sign. Super quick service. Would definitely go again when travelling to & from Wales.
