Be ready for a small walk to get to the beach, if not a bus drops you off during the summer close by and the car park is relatively big compared to other beaches around. Beautiful beach, walks for miles, good place to surf, wild ocean so not for weak swimmers. The seawater lake nearby is safer. Plenty of restaurants nearby with huge terraces. I was really shocked though at the lack of recycling bins in this area and the amount of micro plastics in the sand here. Beautiful with some awesome and very rough waves where you can swim in very nicely. You have to be careful though, when the sea rises, it can get very tricky with the current and some waves of 1,5 metres high or so. There is a crew though that watches if you go outside the blue flags or do something stupid. So a very nice beach, really a must-go if you are in the neighbourhood. Peaceful beach, great surf, free parking, toilettes, coffee shops but you’ll need to walk a bit to get to the from the parking.
