The food was average - however the experience and the service were really bad. We ordered desert and some additional beer and they completely ignored our request. When we requested the bill, some additional course was added there. This is what monopoly does to a place. I recommend to buy some food from supermarket and eat at the hotel, if visiting this place. I had a small glass of red wine - at the end the glass was covered with a large quantity of sediment. I have a photo of it. When I complained to the male waiter his attitude suddenly changed and he said it was normal at the end of a bottle - I ordered one glass. No apology and he was subsequently very aggressive and threw the bill at us! He grudgingly offered another glass of wine but by this time I just wanted to leave. Awful experience. Food is avarage, service is very bad - ordered another round of drinks, never came, ordered a dessert, never came. Double check before paying - we had the surprise if being double charged for one of the dishes. Food is fine, the atmosphere is somehow ok, keeping in mind the surroundings, but the Service is really bad. They somehow ignore you, your requests - basically do not care at all about the customers. Somehow, they assume that you came there, and will never come back again - hence do not care about you. If someone in charge of this place reads the reviews, maybe they could act, and protect their business.
