This is the western most point of Denmark and you have a very long sandy to walk. We came to visit the westernmost place in Denmark, which was challenging because the point marked on the map was under water, apparently you can only get there at low tide. The entire was once again absolutely gorgeous, white sand and dunes as far as the eye could see. What makes the special is that it is for the most part a military area and access may be prohibited if training is taking place there. There are also quite a few wartime bunkers here, which give the a special atmosphere. There is also a huge number of seashells on the beach, so it can be difficult to walk in places with bare feet. Nice place and the lighthouse is also amazing. I recommend visiting. Beautiful scenery and great place for a day trip Beautiful. Just Beautiful 😍 There's nothing here except us, the bunkers, the seagulls, the wind farms, and the lighthouse. The seagulls know it. The is clearly theirs. Just remember not to go behind the military warning signs when the red balloon is up, but don't worry it doesn't happen that often, the Danish military always lack money so they can't afford to go on drill. 😀 Great walk on the beach, bins and public toilets available. Dog had a blast! You can easily reach the westernmost point of Denmark by car, which you can park near the lighthouse in a large free parking lot. You can visit the lighthouse or just walk along the beaches lined with sand dunes. Breathe clean air from the North Sea. I really recommend.
